Sink Your Teeth Into Forever

Andy's POV
When we got back to the house everyone was nearly ready. I knew that Juliette was checking on Ivy to see if she was okay. I couldn't blame her for being suspicious, I knew that I had come close to hurting Ivy the first day I'd met her. My emotions were beginning to become something that if I didn't keep track of them they would wind up making me hurt someone. I knew that Juliette could tell that Ivy had been crying, I hoped that she didn't get a bad impression and think that I had hurt her somehow. That would probably lead to an argument that I didn't want to have. Everyone was waiting outside loading the bags into the car. I walked inside to pack my bags so that no one would have to wait, Juliette followed me.
“You're bag is already packed,” she said as we closed the door leaving us alone in the kitchen.
“Babe you didn't have to do that for me,” I said, turning to her and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
“I know I didn't but you've got a lot on your mind, and I figured I'd help you out a bit. There's a bag ready for Ivy too, CC already put it in the car,” She said, with a smile. I nodded in thanks.
“Hey you two love birds, we're just putting the last few things in the car, you better be ready to go,” Jake said sticking his head in the door.
“Yeah man, we'll be out in a minute,” I said, turning to the door to follow him, but Juliette grabbed my arm and pulled me back. I turned to look at her, hoping that she wasn't mad at me for some reason.
“I'm sure you didn't do anything, but can you tell me why Ivy was crying,” she said.
“She's really homesick, and I feel so bad for putting her through all of this,” I said, guilt bubbling up in me, I hoped that she wasn't mad.
“It's not your fault Andy, no one is blaming you for all of this, but we'd better get going to the site before it gets dark out,” She said, she stood on her toes and pecked my lips. A warm feeling blossomed inside me, she wasn't mad, she was just concerned for Ivy. We walked out to the cars hand in hand, everyone was packed and deciding who to ride with. We could fit five into my SUV and 4 into Jinxx's car, that was all that we needed. Soon it was settled that Juliette and I would go in the SUV with Jake, Ella, and Ivy in the back, Jinxx, Sammie, CC, and Lauren would go int Jinxx's car.
Juliette was about to get into the passenger's seat when I stopped her.
“Hon, will you drive, I'm beat tired, I think I need to sleep on the drive over there so that I can be sharp later on,” I said.
“Of course,” She said. Everyone got in their respective cars and we were off. A few miles down the road and the casual chatting in my car had faded to a dull background noise, as well as the sound of the motor. More of a lullaby putting me to sleep. For my own comfort purposes I reached out to everyone else's emotions. Everyone was fairly relaxed at this point, calm and enjoying each others company. There was the background feeling of general worry for Ashley, but there had been nothing to tell us that he was in any dire danger yet, so the feeling wasn't prominent. I laid my head against the window and latched onto the good feeling of my Pack's happiness. Soon it had lulled me to sleep.

It was a cloudy gray night and I was sitting in our old tour van just getting ready to drift off to sleep in my seat when Jinxx approached me. He and Jake were brand new to the band at that point. Slightly more new than our bassist Ashley. I sat up and smiled at Jinxx my long dark hair falling into my eyes. I flicked it out of the way. Jinxx told me that there was something cool he wanted to show me outside. I got up and followed him leaving Sandra alone in the van. We stepped out into the cool Autumn air and I instantly got a feeling that something wasn't quite right. I was about to ask Jinxx what it was that he wanted to show me out here when suddenly I felt a burlap sack go over top of my head. I screamed and fought back, begging for Jinxx's help. He didn't help. All I could think was that the crazy kidnappers got him too and were going to go for Sandra next. I got hit in the face hard by a fist through the bag over my head. Over and over until the shock made me stop struggling.
“Stop it Andy, the less you struggle the less I have to hurt you,” A voice said in my covered ear. It was Jake's voice. Was this some kind of horrible prank? I let my body go limp but I continued begging them to stop, saying that it wasn't funny. The bag came off my head for a moment and I thought that they were going to let me up and apologize for hurting me. Instead I saw Ashley's face, he reached down and gagged me with a rag. The bag came back. I was terrified for my life at that point. My hands were bound behind my back, as were my feet tied together. Jake still had a hold of me and he began to drag me with his hands underneath my armpits. My boots bumped along the ground. They were going to kill me, I was sure of it, I didn't know why or how, but I knew it was going to happen. I cried, fought and screamed. I was only eighteen years old, I wasn't ready to die. Whenever my fighting got too loud they would stop walking and hit me until I was quiet and still again.
Eventually the ground beneath my boots turned from pavement into what I could only guess to be wet grass or leaves. I could feel blood dripping from my face and my body was aching from the hits, I didn't know how long I was on the leaves before they laid me down on the ground. The bag came off of my head and the next thing I knew I was tied to a tree, trying to make out the shapes around me. Ash stood next to me, while Jake and Jinxx appeared to be preparing something next to a splash of moonlight out of the shade of the tree. They weren't in the light still, they were still hidden by the shadows. Jinxx stood and walked up to me, he had a knife in his hand. I strained against my bindings and screamed against my gag, desperate for escape. Jinxx used the knife and cut a long vertical gash in my wrist. It wasn't deep, just enough to bleed. Ashley held a jar beneath my bleeding wrist and captured some of my blood. I was in a pure panic, what kind of sick ritual were they performing? Ash gave the blood to Jake who used a stick to push it into the moonlight. Instantly the blood turned black and began to steam and bubble. They watched the blood for a moment and then looked back at me. Jinxx came at me with the knife again, I thought he was going to gut me. Instead he cut all of the ropes and Ashley took off the gag.
They shoved me into the moonlight and instantly I didn't feel well. I stood but the ground below me seemed to tilt and my knees got weak. A searing pain shot up through my entire body and I collapsed to the ground screaming. I looked down at my hands, there was thick white hair growing on th backs of them. More pain, this time it didn't stop. I managed to look up just as Jake stepped into the moonlight. Suddenly he was no longer himself, he was a massive wolf. My fingers were mashing into paws. I could feel a hotness of my ears being stretched. The Jake-wolf head butted me over to a puddle, when I saw my reflection I screamed again in pure horror. My nose and mouth were elongating into a snout, hair was growing on my face, teeth getting sharper. My dyed black hair was turning white.
I jumped awake, sweating and panting in terror. It took me a while to get my bearings, I was in my car, the passenger seat. Still buckled in, even though the car was stopped. Outside the window my friends were sitting around the beginnings of a campfire, as the sun was going down, and the full moon was rising.
