Sink Your Teeth Into Forever

Ivy's POV
Juliette woke me up the next morning. I was stiff and sore from the night before and still covered in dirt.
“Hey if you want to take a shower you should get it done while it's open, before Jake gets in there, he usually takes about three hours,” She said with a smile. I nodded and tried not to fall back asleep, stretching and groaning. My muscles groaned at my attempts at moving, I felt like I went through an entire yoga routine before I was able to stand up. Even then my legs hurt just trying to support me standing up. Juliette showed me where the shower was and I couldn't wait for the soothing hot water. Not to mention that I hadn't showered for a while, so I was probably starting to offend. I did have my reservations about showering in a house full of people who I didn't know very well. Juliette showed me where the shower was and told me to use any soaps I desired. She gave me a towel and a wash cloth and was about to leave when she said.
“Oh by the way I'm going to tell everyone that this bathroom is off limits for the next two and a half hours, so feel free to take as long as you need to. This is your time,” When she said this it quelled some of my fears that I would be walked in on, but I locked the door anyway.
Andy's POV
Juliette came back into the kitchen where I was waiting for her.
“Ivy all taken care of?” I said.
“Yep, so what did you want to talk about,” she replied.
“Well tonight is the full moon and, I don't want to leave you girls alone here with the whole... issue that we have right now. Also I'm not really sure how Ivy, and Lauren as well, are going to handle seeing all of us... you know,” I said. She nodded, I could tell that she was trying to work out the problem and running into the same issues that I was. There was going to have to be some sort of compromise to keep everyone safe. We had to hunt that night, no exceptions. I explained my idea to Juliette and she seemed to agree that it would be the best thing for us. We just had to get every one else on board with it to.
So we called everyone to a meeting. Ivy hadn't come anywhere close to her two hour time span in the shower, so within half an hour everyone was gathered around in the kitchen looking quite tense. Everyone had been thinking about our problem and was wondering how we were going to solve it. As I waited for everyone to quiet down I took a read on everyone's emotions. For the most part it was all the same, a small amount of anxiety from everyone, mixed in with other things from their day. For example Jake was getting annoyed because his human side was hungry. CC was mad at me for making him quit playing video games, meanwhile Lauren who was holding his hand was nervous as to what the meeting was about. Ivy was afraid that she had done something wrong and the meeting was about her and she was in trouble. She really didn't want to be in trouble. I noticed that everyone had stopped talking and they were looking to me for answers.
“As you all know, or maybe some of you don't know there is a full moon out tonight. For those of you who don't know, that means that we have to hunt tonight. We don't have the money to simply buy food for all of our wolf sides to eat enough, as well there are no safe forests around here for us to hunt at. When I say that they are not safe I mean that there could be kids playing in the forests and we don't want to scare anyone and give away or position. We can't go to Ashley's place because in those woods is where Ash was captured the last time. Everyone understand?” I said. I looked around I had the full attention of the group, but no one spoke up with a question so I continued.
“There is a camp site about two and a half hours from here. They are not in their peak season so there will be very few campers there, I'm sure that we can find a few lots next to each other and spend the night there. That way the girls will be close by if there's trouble, and they don't have to watch us eat, because that's disturbing, apparently,” I finished and looked around at everyone. Jinxx was nodding in approval. That made me feel good because I knew that he was smart, and if he liked my ideas then it made me feel like there was a higher chance that I was doing things right. CC raised his hand slowly like a shy new student, oh no the first objection, I nodded at him.
“Does that mean that we should start getting ready? I mean it's already noon, we gotta pack, drive, and set up camp, all before the sun goes down,” He said.
“Woah, woah, woah, before any of that I need to know if anyone has any better ideas,” I said holding up my hands at his excitement. Everybody shook their heads and looked around at each other.
“Okay go get ready, we leave in two hours,” I said.
“ROAD TRIP!!” CC yelled as he turned and ran down the hall his fists in the air. Everyone a chorus of laughter followed him, and I felt a jolt of excitement roll through the group. We were doing something we'd never done together before. We, the Black Veil Brides were going camping. Something Ashley would have loved, I made a mental note that we would have another camping trip once he was back.
“I'm going to call ahead so that the camp knows that we're coming,” Juliette said, “And I'll put some clothes together for Ivy so she can have some thing else to wear,”
“Okay, well I'm going to take her for a walk real quick so we can talk about some stuff,” I said. Juliette looked at me, and for a moment I felt her suspicion, she still thought that I was going to try and hurt Ivy some how. Even though I had sworn to her that I wouldn't.
“We'll be back in like thirty minutes, tops,” I said, looking Juliette in the eye, she held my glance for a long moment before she nodded and gave me the okay.
“Come on Ivy we have some things we need to talk about,” I said, she hadn't left the room, not that she had anywhere to go or anything to get ready. She looked at me a bit startled, she didn't completely trust me yet either. I hadn't realized until the night before that when I'd brought her here Juliette thought that I was actually losing my mind. That scared me because I hadn't realized how much my emotions were getting in control of my actions. The day when I brought Ivy here I hadn't meant to scare or hurt her at all, but she still had bruises on her arm in the shape of my hand. That was one of the reasons that I wanted to talk to her alone. I wanted to sincerely apologize, I was afraid that soon I would lose my chance and all of this would be lost, I had a feeling that something bad was going to happen within the next few days.

I know I've said this on every single one of the past few posts, but I'm saying it again. I wish this could have been longer. I still have a ton of ideas for this story and I'm no where near done with it, but for the next few months I'm going to get even more busy than I have been and I may not be able to update every week. I'll do my best to let you guys know when there won't be an update. So help me with my motivation here and please leave me a comment if you want me to keep going with this when I can.
