The sun was shining down on his face and Andy felt himself slowly beginning to wake up. What had happened? He opened his blue eyes slowly, blinking a few times as he looked at the ceiling above his head. Where was he? Suddenly everything came back to him-the girl Persephone. The battle. The guys and the name that they called themselves-where had this all come from. Coming to sit up, Andy looked around and his black bangs fell into his face softly. He was in bed and his mouth felt like a desert had been living inside of it. It had all seemed so real-everything that had happened in that dream had seemed like it was actually occurring and then his heart fell.

Odessa had died in his dream-he had watched her die with his own eyes and suddenly he could feel his heart beginning to pound. Moira had also died and while she was sick with cancer and there was that chance, the thought of losing two girls who meant the world to him brought a tear to his eyes. Looking around, Andy felt a sense of calm wash over him when he noticed the body laying beside him in bed-Dess. They’d had a long night the night before-he and the guys were working on their new album and Andy was having a hard time getting invested in it. He searched around, looking for a pad and paper and after finally finding one, he began to write.

Everything that had happened in that dream-Perry, F.E.A.R, the Legion of the Black and the Wild Ones…it would all work as an album and as Andy looked back down at his words, he couldn’t help but smile. In less than ten minutes he had written a song and as his pen scratched against the paper, he gave it a title and then began to chew on the end of his pen.

Wretched and Divine-it sounded good. It sounded like something they could work with. It sounded like their new album.


“Andy? Babe what are you doing up? We just went to bed a few hours ago…” Someone said from beside him and Andy couldn’t help but let some of his tears fall from his eyes as he looked at the girl who laid beside him. Odessa, her blonde hair messy and sticking up and those moss green eyes that he loved were still filled with sleep.

“I had the craziest dream babe! You were in it and so were the guys and your sister. It was amazing, but scary and I’m not sure what parts of it were real and what were fake but it was just…” Andy stopped as her lips landed on his and he smiled in to their kiss softly.

“You are crazy. Come on…lets get some more sleep before we have to get up in the morning.” She smiled at him, placing a hand on his shoulder and Andy only smiled as he laid back down and pulled the love of his life to his chest.


That dream had been everything to him and as Andy drifted back to sleep, he knew that it was the start of something that would shape and change his life in ways that he couldn’t even imagine.

He was Wretched and Divine-they all were.

Alright that's it! Land Of F.E.A.R has ended. I want to thank all of those who reviewed, even though there were very few of you who did so it still means a lot to me. I hope all of my readers come away from this story with a bit more strength in themselves as that was what this story was about-rising up and fighting for yourself in any aspect of your life. This side project obviously wasn't a popular as my other side projects, but I'm still glad I did it and again thank you to all who have and reviewed this story.
