When Darkness Is All You See..

Shit. Ashely is going to scare the living hell out of her. Before I knew it, I was next to kelley, showing that I don't want him anywhere near her. He only smirked as he walked over to me,an Hugged me, then tuned his attention to Kelley.

"Who's this?" Ashely asked flicking his eyes to draw her in. It a simple charm we incubuses have. She instantly dropped her arms from cradling herself and was under his spell. He grinned ear to ear. Even though he was wearing sun glasses, you could tell he was staring at me.

"So, who are you, my lovely lady?" Ashely took one of Kelleys hands. She giggled like she was support to. I didn't like it. She tried to fight it off, but had not control over it.

"K-Kelley" she tried to get out of Ashely's grip, but she couldn't.

'Andy! Help! I can't move!' She spoke to me with her mind. Ashely is still such a young incubus he cannot read minds yet.

'Hold on' I told her. Another thing with having a mate is you two can speak to each other whenever you want if your body is calm or close enough. Or even to frightened. But if I need to find her or something, my hunting phase kicks in and I can feel her.

"Ashely, dammit. Let her go. Your scaring her." Ashely stood his ground.
"Does she know what we are?" Ashely sake me.

'Andy! I can't hear anything!! Please make him stop!' She begged threw her mind. I gritted my teeth.

"Yes, she's my mate. Let her go now, you are scaring her." I let my eyes flick yellow just for a quick second so he got the message. I then heard Kelley gasp loudly as she bent over, and in a way sort of behind me.

"What the hell did he do to me?" She spat. I told her that I have powers, but she doesn't know that all of them have powers.

"I'm not the only one with powers, he has control over women. And dammit Ashely I you ever do that again I will rip your dick off. And it will grow back crooked, got it?" I told him. He then nodded quickly.

"when where you going to tell me you had a mate?!" Ashely jokingly punched me In the arm. I just gave him a glance.

"So! Where are you two headed?" Ashely asked us. Kelley remained silent, giving me the glance that says "don't tell him where where going, just lie." She spoke to me with my mind, as Ashely just waited patiently for an answer.

"Where going to the mall." I quickly told him.

"can I come?" Ashely then asked, grinning. He probably thinks that we where lying to him. I just gave him a glance.

"No. It's only going to be me, and Kelley." I told him.
He the. Raised up his hands, backing down.

"Fine! Just at least let me give you guys a ride." He grinned looking at his black Ferrari. I glanced at Kelley.

'Actually, the mall sounds good. I don't want to go to work anyways' she have me a smile. I know that we where support to take her to work, later. But I guess she does deserve one day.
'You sure?' I spoke with her in my mind, as I nodded to Ashely, and we started to walk towards his car.
'yea. It could be our '"first date"' she said jokingly. I smiled.

"Okay then." I opens up the front door for Kelley to sit up front, as I climbed into the back seat.

I cant believe I'm already going on a date with the most beautiful girl in the world. She doesn't know how much I care about her, in the little time that I have been with her. I slide my hand in between the seat and the door, so Ashely doesn't see, as she grabs it with hers. Ashely talks the entire time until we actually get there.

"We'll bye you two! Have fun!"
"You two!" I told him.
"Don't have to tell me twice!" He then drove off.

As we almost walked threw the mall doors, Kelley stops me.

"Do you think I can smoke first before we go in?" I didn't know she smoked. Well there's a new thing to learn about her.
"Yea, I could use one myself." We take a bench in the front.

I take ale out my pack as she takes out her pack, we brb glance at each others packs to notice that they are identical. Camel Crush: menthol.

That was just weird, she giggles as I realize she already lit hers while I am still staring at her identical pack. She gives me her lighter, I light mine, give it back and take a drag.

Some me kids came up to use, asking for a smoke, we gave them one, knowing that they where underage. But we thought, what the hell. you could tell the young teenagers have been smoking before because they inhaled and exhaled like a 45 year old smoker. They then walked away with there now lot cigarette.

After we finish, we stomp them out and go inside.

after about two hours of me buying Kelley whatever she wanted, we then walked back to Kelleys house, with me carrying the bags. I didn't wan her to get tired so I just Carrie them all. I am surprised we didn't get mugged or something.

When we got up to her apartment, she unlocks her door and invites me in.

The next chapter will be just them hanging out, and talking. Just them getting closer, then des comes into the picture. Haha
