When Darkness Is All You See..

I was immediately woken up as soon as I was tired. My eyes felt bloodshot due to the lighting from the hospital, but I searched around for any sign that it was daytime. The digital clock said 4am.

Why is Andy waking me up this early? The. I remembered. He told me the he would promise to wake me up if Desi where to wake up. I immediately tried to shoot out of his arms, but he had me strained. "Is she awake?" I asked as soon as I saw the doctor standing In front of desis room door. The doctor only nodded as he checked on his papers and looked up at me.

His face was stern, as he scratched his chin, scuffles shooting off his wrinkled skin. "She is on-conscious at the moment, but we where able to get her blood pressure upwind going again. She lost more than half of the blood in her body. I really don't know how she is alive right now.

It was truly luck." As my eyes watered up, I stood up slowly from Andy's lap. "C-can I see?" I asked as hot tears ran down my cheeks like razor blades. "Right this way.." He spoke as he help the door open for me. Andy remained seated as I began to walk, but I stopped as I realized he wasn't coming. "Aren't you coming?"

I ask as more tears slip out. "Have some time alone with her.." He he sadly smiled at me as he settled back in the chair, and crossed his legs, removing his Lester jacket revealing a torn up batman shirt. As I nodded and walked in alone, I pretty much broke into tears as the doctor shut the door behind me. I saw des.. Connected to tons and tons of wires, and IV's went threw her bandaged to her arms all the way to her elbows.. Where she did the damage.

I couldn't see the leg damage because her stomach down was hidden with a white sheet over cover to keep her warm. I could only walk to her slowly as my eyes began to burn, and blur with tears. As I felt her hand, he felt a sick, deathly cold. I burst into tears as I saw the heart beat monitor. Why would she do this to herself? I knew for a fact that she wasn't sad. I was always with her.

She ate right, she had lots of fun.. Or was it all just fake? Was she putting in a fake smile? Was she really eating? I honestly didn't know that she had problems this serious. She looked so pale, she always had a beautiful glow to her skin. Now it was just vampiric deathly white. Like she want even alive. Then, I set my head down, and just cried. I let it all out. I begged for it not to happen again. If there is even a god, I asked him why he did this to her.

I may be atheist, but I blame him. Then, I heard des grunt, and she was moving. Was she going to wake up? When I came face to face with her dark brown eyes, she looked confused, and tired. You could tell that her world was spinning. "Whaa?" She croaked with a dry throat. "Des! Wh- y- your awake! Oh thank god!" I embraced her. And she only seemed weird, like she didn't know what to do. "Eh-what's going on? Where am I?" She asked me once we pulled away and I continued to let the tears fall from my face. "Yo-you tried to commit suicide.. You cut up your wrists to the elbow and you slashed your legs all the way to the knee!" I cried. But she gave me a weird look.

"B-but.. Who are you?"
I was stunned in place as my mouth held open. And she only gave me the weirdest stare. "Should I know you or something..?" My eyes burned with tears as my throat felt choking as I croaked yes and nodded and I threw my hands in my face.. "I-I'm your best friend.. You lived with me since graduation.." I burst into tears and Andy slowly walked in. "What's wrong?"

He seemed alarmed yet calm. "Who are you?" She asked Andy and he only held his mouth open as I did.. "Oh shit.." He mumbled as he paced. "Does she remember anything?" He asked as he held my arms and stared at her with Mis belief. "All I can remember is I was taking a shower and this girl with blonde hair was choking me, and then I blacked out." She confessed as she itched her head. My eyes popped open once she said that..

Someone choked her. But.. The only person there last night was.. No! It can't be Juliet! "What?!" Andy bursted with anger. I only cried as I made eye contact with her glowing yellow eyes. "Oh my god.." I held my mouth with my hand as I cried. "J-Juliet.." I noticed and Andy's eyes shot three the door as his buckles turned white. He broke eye contact and anger lay fast walked and shoved the doors open. "I will be right back.." I told des as she only confusedly nodded. As I burst threw the doors and looked around I saw Andy bursting threw the front hospital doors dragging Juliet buy the throat right next to him. I quickly ran back in to check des if she's alright. I raced down the hall to pass a still sleeping Ashley and quickly checked what time it was.

6:00am As I rushed back in to her room in teas. Juliet did this.. Her memories gone.. As I ran threw the doors to see a bulged eye Desi I stopped.
"I remember."
