When Darkness Is All You See..

When I woke up, the memories of the last night went flaming threw my mind, It kinda hurt. The blood, Juliet clinging to me for help, her taking a lot of my blood.. I remember that I passed out before I even hit the floor. And now, I'm in my own bed, and I can smell eggs and bacon.

I open my eyes to come face to face with my black and white tabby, Crow. I do have an aching headache, but I shake it off as I rub crows head as he purrs. "Hey, buddie.." I whisper. My voice is really raspy. I then shake the covers off me and stretch. I and soar and I examine my bite mark on my wrist. Only a dull scar.

I walk all to the bathroom, to see that my bathroom was clean. I didn't mind, it actually actually smells nice to. I then wash up, brush my teeth, hair, and the usual. When I'm done my stomach growls, demanding for food. I walk out an I see andy on the couch, watching tv with Ashley.

That's strange, when did he get here? Then andy turns in my direction. "Good morning, beautiful." He embraces me in his scent. Mint and smoke. "Morning.." I grumble. "Where's Juliet?" I ask. I am still not sure about her. Ever since before she was turned into a vampire, she wasn't mentally stable. I even heard that she got sent to the "crazy house" a few years back.

"We'll, she doesn't want to hurt you, or anyone, so she locked herself in the guest bathroom..." He brought up. Oh poor Juliet.. "Why did you let her? She deserves some freedom.." I quietly spoke.

"She says that she just wants to be alone. She doesn't think she's ready to be around you, she doesn't trust herself." He tried to calm me with soothing words. Then I heard sizzling from the kitchen, then I smelled smoke.

"Um..what's burning?" I ask. Then Andy's eyes go wide. "Shit.." He murmurs as he races to the kitchen, not even using his speed, and airs out the kitchen. "He tried to make breakfast.. I should warn you never let him cook.." Ashley chuckles. I will remember that.

*time lapse*

"Andy?" I asked as andy straightened up the kitchen, as I helped. "Hmm?" He hummed. "We'll... Juliet bit me yesterday." I spoke out. "Yes I know.." And questioned. "We'll, when you bite somebody..don't they like become your mate?" I say bluntly. He was quiet for like 2 minutes then spoke.

"We'll, it's different if your already bitten as have a mate. They have to bite you, then you both have to have sexual intercourse to be bonded. But since I bit you first, we don't have to sexually bonded to be full mates. Let's say that Juliet where to have sex with you, then she would be your full mate, and then I wouldn't be." He explained.

"Oh.." I was relieved, but not as. "Andy?" He nodded again. "Can you tell if somebody bites me?" I asked, my curiosity over the edge. "Yes." He spoke bluntly. "How do you feel it?" I asked. "We'll, wherever the person bites you, I can pretty much feel it. Like when Juliet bit you on your left forearm last night, I felt the exact same thing. Accept mine doesn't bruise, or anything. I only feel it." He explained.

"Wait, so if you bite me, can you feel your own bite?" I ask to many questions. Andy's low sexy morning voice let out a chuckle. "No, it doesn't work that way. Since I would be making the bite." He laughed. "Okay." I asked.

"And one more question?" I turned on my heels. "Ask away." He smiled his piercing smile at me. "When will Juliet not be so blood thirst or maniac about blood?" I ask, looking down to my toes.

"Well, only for about 2 more days. She just has to get used to it. She's strong, she can handle it." He wraps his arms around my waist. "I hope she will be okay.." Andy kisses my temple as we walk into the living room greeted by Ashley.

Then I realized.. Where's des? As if on cue, I heard the door open and close, with des holding groceries. "Hey guys. Hi Ashley." She blushed as she walked in.

(Juliet's pov)

This bathroom may be cramped, but it's the best way to make sure that I don't hurt anybody. But there's only one thing that I can think about.

Andy. Over the past day, I've grown to andy, and a lot. I do believe that I have feelings for him. And deep down inside, I know he feels the same way. I know he just doesn't admit it because of Kelley.

The only real reason I didn't kill Kelley yet is because he doesn't want me to, and I promised. I have been so blood driven for Kelleys blood, she doesn't smell like the other human. She smells sweet, but spicy, but delicious. Like you have to have it so you feel invincible.

I was dyeing to rip her limb from limb just to get a drop of her. But I must control myself, at least for Andy's sake. And If I do kill her, everybody will think I'm crazy.. It can't happen again. A couple years ago I got sent to a "crazy" house because there where voices in my head, and it's still here in my head. And I can get the voices to shut up.

Stop it, Juliet. Think of something else. I try to think of something else. I then use my new hearing to see what's happening around in the house. I close my eyes to concentrate.

Heart beat.. I ca hear Kelleys blood pumping threw her veins. If she where dead everything would be so much easier. I would be with andy, my thirst for her might end, and then I wouldn't have to be trait in this stupid bathroom. Kelley has to go. I close my eyes, as tears roll down my cheek, I can only imagine a future with andy..
