Imagine Me and You

The room was only lit by candles, but that was okay because Amy’s rainbow hair was bright enough to light the room she was currently laying in. She was naked, her body covered by a set of silky black sheets and she was currently laying on her stomach, the huge king bed beneath her having just hosted her welcome back greeting to her boyfriend. He had been out on tour-a long European tour which made her miss him even more. He was sitting beside her, his black and red hair shining in the candle light but it was nothing compared to her eyes in that moment. Her green eyes were opened slightly, her lips parted as she shivered underneath his touch.

Ashley was currently sitting up, leaning over her as he traced some small stars across the small of her back and Amy only sighed happily-she loved feeling people trail their fingers across her skin. Ash’s two dogs, Tokyo and Killer, were both sleeping in the corner-they were almost as happy as Amy to have their master back home. As she laid there, her bright hair falling over her arms, Amy let out a happy sigh.

Things had been okay without Ashley, but now that he was home she really couldn’t imagine him leaving her again. Thankfully the guys were getting ready to get in the studio to record and that would mean that Ash would be home for a bit.

“So are you happy that I’m home?” He asked, his lips against the skin of one of her shoulders and Amy only smiled as she turned to look at him. He was sitting there, his legs crossed but the blanket they were both under was covering everything else up.

“What do you think?” She asked, smirking as Ashley only shrugged, his fingers still trailing across her skin.

“I. Think. You. Missed. Me. Most. Of. All.” He said in between kisses to her skin and Amy only blushed as he trailed his lips across her back, from one shoulder to the next. She shivered as Ashley stopped moving his fingers and then only smirked.

“Nah-I always miss Andy more than I miss you.” She said with a tease in her voice and Ashley only looked down at her with a pout on those lips of his. Those lips…they had been all over her body just ten minutes ago and Amy could feel deep down that she needed them again…needed him again.

“Yeah, yeah. Best friend always trumps boyfriend…” Ashley teased and Amy noticed that he kept tracing the same thing over and over against her skin. Three stars right down her spine and suddenly she got an idea.

“What are you drawing?” She asked and immediately he stopped his movements. Amy moved slightly so that she could look at him and Ash only smiled at her.

“Just thought you would look really cute with three little stars going down your spine…” He said, his voice shy sounding and Amy got that look in her eyes.

“Let’s do it then…I want you to tattoo me.” She said, her green eyes serious and Ashley just looked at her.

Without saying much else, he moved from the bed-still naked as the day he was born-and walked off towards his small office. Ashley had apprenticed as a tattoo artist for a few years before joining the band and he still did some work on the side. Quickly he got all of his tools-his gun, some hot pink ink, a pair of gloves and some water and towels. Soon enough he was back beside her and Amy inhaled a deep breath as she watched him prepare everything before her eyes.

She had never done something like this before-getting tattooed was something she had always wanted to do, but she never knew what exactly she wanted. Slowly Ashley moved towards her, a simple pen in his hands and she shivered as he began to draw roughly on her skin. Tokyo, having woken up with Ashley’s walking around, had jumped up onto the bed and was now cuddled near her face-a small bit of comfort. Amy jumped as Ashley turned on the machine, wiping at her skin with something that was slightly cold and then everything kind of just stopped. Ashley was down by her face, his lips almost touching her skin as he spoke to her.

“Are you sure you want to do this baby?” He asked and Amy only smiled as she turned to face him and kissed the very tip of his nose.

“Yeah, yeah lets go before I change my mind.” She nodded her head and Ashley said nothing as he pressed his lips to hers and then turned the machine back on.

The room was filled with a buzzing and just as he let the needle fall to her skin, Ashley kissed her cheek and then began to focus. Amy winced as the irritating pain set in, her teeth grinding together as the needle dug into the sensitive skin right over the middle of her spine. Ashley was silent as he worked, but he could feel her shaking slightly beneath him and he knew that this was a hard thing for Amy.

She hated needles, had never gotten a tattoo before and her first was going on a very painful spot-her spine. He tried to make quick work of it, wiping the ink and blood away as gently as he could until finally it was done. As he turned off the machine and looked down at his work, Ashley let his lips fall against her beet red and newly tattooed skin.

“I love you Amy…” He said as he trailed kisses up her back and Amy, still in pain, found herself slightly shocked. He had never said that to her before-they had never said those three words before because they were taking things slow.

“I-I love you too Ashley…” She said as he finally made his way up to her face. Their eyes met-brown and green-and Amy smiled as he kissed her lips and wove his fingers through her multicolored hair.

She was marked for life…she was his for life. A Purdy Girl indeed.
