Andy closed the book and sat up looking back down at me.
"When were you going to tell me you were his child?" Andy asked softly.
"I just found out.... My mom told me in my dream last night. I didn't know till then."
"Why didn't you tell me about the dreams? How many have you had?"
"I didn't want to make you worry about me anymore then you were. I have had then almost every night but being around you helps. My mom said that he cant get to me if I'm around you that's why he has to use her to get inside my head. But he wont be doing it anymore..." I said softly looking down to hide my face.
I didn't want Andy to see how blood shot my eyes were. I was scared of how broken I looked, because I knew I have never felt this broken before. My mom is dead because of me. She may have not been around a lot but she is gone. She had to take her own life because of me.
"Lill-" Andy started to say till we heard a ear piercing scream.
"What was that?" I asked jumping at the noise
"I don't know I'll go look you stay here." Andy said standing up and running out of my door.
I sat there for as long as I could till I could not make my thoughts shut up. I got out of my bed and ran out of my room. I ran down the hall way threw the living room and down the steps to run out of the front door. What I seen almost made my knees give out it made my heart stop. There was shadows everywhere pulling people by there hair to god knows where. They where killing people grabbing them and vanishing into black smoke. I just stood there watching. I could not move out of my spot. I wanted to run and save everyone but I could not move out of fear. I didn't see Andy, Jinxx, Jake, CC, Ashley, or Sammi any where. I just seen shadows taking people that have been nice to me and let me stay in there camp when they didn't even know who I was. The market place was on fire. The flames where so big I could feel the heat from here. Screams could be heard from everywhere but one stood out more then the rest. I looked to my left to see a shadow ripping Chris the little boy I met in the market place the first day I was here. I grew close to him since he helped me with losing Asher.
With out thinking I ran as fast as I could to Chris and the shadow. My fingers wrapped around his wrist as soon as the shadow vanished. Black smoke wrapped around me, Chris and the shadow. I watched as a dark cell took place of my home. How light turned to darkness, how warm air turned to a bitter cold.
I blinked and when I opened my eyes I was in a cell just like the one in my dreams. There was some things different about it though. It was not as dark and there was three other people in it besides me. There was two girls and of course Chris. The shadow that brought me here still had his arm wrapped around Chris.
"Let him go." I said oddly calm since I should be scared.
I didn't feel scared though. I just felt pissed off that I was losing my home again and a child no older then 7 was being dragged down with me this time.
I felt the stinging pain of being smacked on my right cheek soon after I started to tasted the iron salty taste of blood.
"Just because your the bosses kid don't me you can order me around." The shadow said. Its voice was scratchy and kind of cracking like the shadow was scared.
"Just give me the boy and you wont hear another word out of me." I said my hand still wrapped around Chris's wrist.
He was crying loudly now begging the shadow to let him go. He kept asking the go home that he would be good that he just wanted to go home.
"Here you can have him if you can get him to shut up." The shadow said letting go of him which made him almost fall but I grabbed his other arm before he could. With that the shadow was gone in a black smoke.
"Was he lying? Are you really F.E.A.R's child?" Asked one of the girls in the cell.
She had black hair past her shoulders it was tangled and looked like it has not been washed in a very long time. Which I'm sure it has not been.
"As sad as it is to say, yeah I am. I just found out." I said sitting down with my back against one of the cell walls. Chris quickly sat down beside my hiding his face behind my arm.
"Then why are you down here, in the cells?" Asked the other girl the one with short blond hair.
I realized that the were both deathly skinny. The black haired one had scares going up her arms and legs but the were not because she did it.
The blond one had fresh cuts on her neck and one on her left cheek. 'How long have they been here? They are seem to be holding up ok but they need food and water. I wish I had some to give them.' I thought
"Because I chose to stay with the wild ones."
"You have been with the wild ones?" Both of the girls yelled at the same time.
"Yes why is that a big deal or something? I thought most of the people down here were wild ones at one point."
"No most didn't make it past the city walls. I guess its hard to got out of a box once its sealed shut." The blacked haired one said.
"Oh well yes I have been to there camp I have been staying there for the past two or three months now. By the way I'm Lillianna and this little guy here is Chris. Say hi Chris your ok now I wont let anyone hurt you."
"...Hi..." Chris said softly looking at them from behind my arm.
"Hey Chris I'm Ella and this is Lauren." The blacked haired one said pointing to the blond one.
"See your safe for now."
"Yeah its ok to come out." Lauren said softly
Chris moved from behind my arm to sit in my lap with his face hiding in my hair.
"Thanks for trying." I said smiling at the two girls
"Your welcome I know how scary it is to be here. I know it has to be worse for the little kids." Ella said
"Yeah I say it is scary."
"You don't seem scared at all why is that?" Lauren asked
"Because I have been here in my dreams and before you ask yes it was a nightmare. I had a lot after my little brother died. One almost every night. I don't know how I could have gotten any sleep if it was not for Andy helping me."
"The Prophet?" Chris asked softly
"Yes The Prophet."
"You know The Prophet? So you must know Jake and CC as well right?" Ella asked
"Yes me and Jake are close friend he was one of the first people that helped me when I first got to the camp. Me and CC kind of had a rough first meeting but we are fine now, he is really funny."
"So there okay? What about the rest of the Legion? Is Jinxx and Sammi ok, what about Ashley and Andy?" Lauren asked moving to sit on my left side.
"There good. At lest they were before the shadows showed up. I don't know how they found us. I really do hope everyone is okay..." I said biting my lip but hissed in pain since it was busted and it just stop bleeding.
I wiped my lip with the back of my hand. it coming back with blood on it.
"Are you ok?" Chris asked his eyes still blood shot from crying.
"Yes I'm fine don't worry." I said softly, smiling down at him.
"I'm sure there fine. We just need to have faith." Ella said
"Will you shut up about your stupid Legion. There is no prophet there is no one coming to save us." Said a African American girl from the cell beside us.
She was small around the age of 13. It made me sad to think that some one so young had given up hope.
"Don't listen to her. She has be to many "classes". She don't have faith in anything anymore." Lauren said
"What are "classes"?" I asked as Ella came to sit on the other side of Lauren.
"Its were they "teach" you to be normal. To trust in F.E.A.R. Some people start to believe it and are let go most just go nuts and forget who they are or lose faith in everything like Akasha. " Ella said pointing to the little girl.
"I don't want to go to "classes" They sound scary. I want to go home. I want my mommy!" Chris said starting to cry again this time he was flat out screaming.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I didn't mean to scare him!" Ella said freaking out
"Its alright. Shh Chris your okay. You need to clam down before the shadows come back. I don't want them to take you away do you?"
"Please don't let them take me!" Chris screamed wrapping his arms around my neck crying
"Then you need to not be so loud. If I sing to you will you calm down?" I asked softly trying to keep my voice calm so he would calm down as well.
I felt Chris nod hearing him sniffle. He was still crying but he was not screaming at lest.
"Hey if you don't shut that kid up I will." A shadow said standing outside the cell.
"Give me a minuet." I said flipping him off.
I seen him glare at me but oddly enough he didn't do anything but walk away. After he was gone I started to sing to Chris trying to help him feel safe.

I stopped singing when his crying was not nearly as loud as it was. He would whimper here and there but he was not screaming or anything to loud so I stopped singing.

"Another." Chris said softly
"Another? I don't think Ella and Lauren or anyone else down here wants to hear me sing all day."
"We don't mined it. Your really good." Lauren the Ella said.
"Yeah please sing another one." The little girl Akasha said.
"Yes please. Its the first time I have seen my son smile sings we been here." Said a broken voice from somewhere in the darkness.
I could hear voices from everywhere asking me to sing again. I don't think it was because I was that good at singing. I just think it gave them hope. It gave them something to hang on to and to think other then being in a dark cold cell.
I thought about how everyone in here has been threw so much pain and sadness. I didn't realize it at first but I was already singing.
