I Gave It All

Claudia's POV~~

So far, my day has been dreadful. Jake had to go take care of band stuff, leaving me alone with the twins. I was changing Carlie when there was a knock on the door. I finished changing her and picked her up. I picked Kyle up as well and I shuffled towards the door. I opened the door with much difficulty, muttering a 'Come in' before walking back into the living room. I set them both in their play pen before turning to whoever knocked on the door. I stepped back a step or two at who it was.

"Well, I wasn't expecting you, aunt Sue." I said.

"Clearly. I take it you're busy?" She asked.

"Not really. Take a seat." I said.

"Well dear, it would've been nice if I was informed about the pregnancy." She said. I internally rolled my eyes, keeping quiet.

"Tell me, do you regret it?." She asked.

"Actually... no. Jake took the announcement well, and we're happy together." I said. My aunt put her face in her hands while she shook her head. She stood up and let her hands fall as Jake walked into the room, placing whatever he had down.

"I told you this man was not good for you! But did you listen? No! You got pregnant instead." She scolded.

"There is nothing wrong with Jake! I love him, he loves me. That's all that matters!" I defended. Jake wrapped his arms around me from behind as my aunt glared at him.

"You've corrupted this girl! You've done nothing but bad. I mean look at her! She's gained a lot of weight.." She said.

"You don't say that to her! She's fucking beautiful, alright! Get out of my house!" Jake yelled. She sent one last glare in Jake's direction before leaving. She, slammed the door behind her and Jake released me.

"Jake.. I'm glad you got here when you did." I told him.

"So am I." He said

"That bitch is crazy. I thought we wouldn't have to see her again." I said with a sigh.

"Well, you don't always get what you want." Jake said with a sigh.

"I guess not. How are the guys?" I asked.

"They're great. They miss you, and Ashley and CC are swamped with Katie. They're both too tired to focus." Jake said. I smiled a tired smile and Jake pulled me into his chest, hugging me tight.

"How about you get some sleep, and I'll take care of the twins, huh?" Jake asked.

"That sounds wonderful. Thank you." I said. "No problem.. and baby.."

"Yeah?" I asked.

"We're going on tour." Jake said.

"What!?"
