I Gave It All

Claudia's POV~~

The drive back to where the bus was, was slow.

"Are we fucking there yet?" I asked.

"Not yet." Andy said from the driver's seat. I groaned and leaned back in my seat. I just sat there and watched buildings fly by. By the time we reached open pastures and farms, I could barely keep my eyes open, so I drifted off to sleep.

I awoke to someone shaking me.

"What?" I groaned.

"We're here." Andy said. I slowly sat up and got out the car. I followed Andy to the bus and we clambered inside. I saw Jinxx and Juliet on the couch, deep in conversation. Ashley and CC were cuddling on the couch, and Jake was no where to be seen. Juliet looked over and rushed over to me, engulfing me in a tight hug.

"Oh my gosh, sweetie are you okay?" She asked.

"No... but I'll get over it." I said with a sigh.

"Alright.. if you ever need to talk." She said. I nodded and she continued her conversation with Jinxx.

"Here, you might want this." Ashley said. I looked over and he was holding my phone.He tossed it to me and I caught it, putting it in my pocket. The bus door opened behind me and I whipped around to see who it was. Jake entered with a grocery bag, and the room got dead silent. He looked between everyone and scowled.

"Andy, can I talk to you?" He said. Andy nodded and they walked into the kitchen, closing the sliding door behind them. As the minutes passed, both men's voices gradually raised to yells. I slumped onto the couch, hating that they were yelling about me.


"I ruin everything." I said.

"You certainly do not. Don't talk like that." CC said. I sniffled and let my hands fall onto my knees, making a loud slap.

"I fucked up this time, CC. I decided to run and visit Marco, got caught hugging him, which Jake thought was going to be a kiss! I fucking ruined it!" I said as a, tear fell. I wiped it away and picked at my nails while more fell. The yelling abruptly stopped and Andy exited the kitchen. He saw me and walked over, engulfing me in a hug. He kissed my forehead and took a seat next to Juliet, grabbing her hand. Jake then exited the kitchen, looked at me, frowned, and waved at me to follow him. I stood up and wiped away more tears as I followed him off the bus. I sat on the steps and Jake crouched in front of me, placing his hands on my knees.

"Claudia.." He whispered. Kellin walked past us, giving me a confused look before walking away. I wiped away more tears and focused on Jake.

"I fucked up, Jake." I said. He just shook his head.

"Don't say that. I fucked up. You know why?"

"Why?" I asked.

"Because I made you cry. I broke your heart and ditched you. That's not what I should have done. I'm so sorry." He whispered the last part and cupped my face with his hand. He wiped a newly shed tear and his hand left my cheek.

"Jake.." I whispered. He raised his eyebrows and I brought him into me, hugging him tightly. He let go and stood up, walking around me and onto the bus, leaving me alone. Kellin approached again and this time he stopped and crouched down just like Jake was only moments ago.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Jake and I broke up." I said.

"Just now?"

"No. Yesterday." I said.

"I'm sorry.." He said.

"You shouldn't be. It's not your fault." I said. Kellin chuckled slightly and gave me a quick hug before getting up and walking back to his bus. I wiped some more tears away and stood up. I started walking towards the stages, and bumped into someone halfway there.

"I'm sorry." I quickly said. The person grabbed my arm before I could walk away and I looked at their face.

"Austin." I said.

"Claudia. Why are you crying?" He asked.

"Nothing important." I said.

"You can tell me." He said. I sighed.

"Fine, but let's go back to your bus." I said. Austin nodded and let go of my arm. He led me to his bus and we walked on. Alan and Aaron were sitting on the couch, both of them texting. Aaron looked up at me and smiled, but it soon faded when I wiped the last of my tears away.

"Have a seat." Austin said. I gladly sat down and all three men looked at me, expectantly and confused.

"What's going on?" Aaron asked.

"Jake and I... we broke up." I said. Austin and Aaron's eyes widened and Alan sat there, expressionless. None of us said anything, which was awkward.

"I'll just leave. I bet CC is worried about me." I said. I stood up and no one made a move to get me to stay, so I walked off the bus and in the direction of BVB' s. I walked inside one I got there and I was met with the face of a woman I'd never seen before. Everyone looked at me and Andy opened and closed his mouth a few times, wanting to say something. My eyes then wandered to Jake who was sitting next to this woman, their hands clasped together tightly.

"Glad to know you got over me so fast. Asshole." I said. I walked back to the bunks as the waterworks started up again.

"Good job, Jake." CC growled. I heard footsteps coming towards me, then they stopped in front of me. I looked at CC and he hugged me tightly as i sobbed into his chest.

"Bye Jake. I think I'm gonna head out. I've got some shopping to do." The woman said.

"Alright. Bye Ella." Jake said. The bus door opened and closed and talking erupted from the living room. I pulled away from CC and stormed to the living room.

"What the hell, Jake!" I yelled. Everyone quieted down and looked at me.

"I'm so-"

"No! Sorry doesn't cut it! I love you, Jake! I always will! But apparently you can't see that! I'm done." I said.

"What do you want from me then?" He asked.

"What do I want from you? What I want is the love of my life back. " I sobbed.

"You don't un-"

"Shutup! I understand completely. I understand that you've moved on and you don't want any part of me. You want Ella and I know why. She's beautiful. She's got everything I don't, looks, style, everything! Just once, I want to feel like I'm special. My life has been complete shit, until I met you, but now it's the same as it was. I hope you're proud of yourself, Pitts." I said. I turned on my heel and proceeded to walk back to my bunk, but Jake said something.

"You think you aren't special? You think you're ugly? How? You're fucking beautiful, and you're special to me. Ella isn't my girlfriend, we're just friends. And you're completely wrong when you say I don't want any part of you. And I know that your life was complete shit, with parents who don't care about you, and an aunt who thinks I'm not good for you. But, CC is the best damn cousin I've ever fucking seen. He comforts you like you're his little sister. With a cousin like him, you don't need parents. I've been through all of the shit with you, whether it be the time we were chased by a crazy woman. And that time your parents kidnapped you, i searched for you for days. But i guess you're right, Alderman. I guess I don't want any part of you." He said. I swallowed and the room was silent. Jake picked up his jacket and left the bus, leaving us all to soak in the silence.
