I Gave It All

Claudia's POV~~


Jake stood there with a confused look on his face. I was about to talk to him, but I sneezed again. I started to regret sitting out in the rain.

"You alright? You look a little pale." Jake said.

"I'm fine Jake. I'm sorry for earlier." I said. Jake smiled at me.

"It's okay babe. It wasn't your fault." He said. I hugged him and sneezed again.

"Sorry for sneezing on you." I said as I pulled away. Jake chuckled.

"It's alright. You probably have a cold. Just lay down and rest under the warm blankets and you'll be fine."

"But.. I don't want to." I said. I pulled Jake out back into the kitchen and I started to actually drink my hot chocolate. After I finished it, Jake picked me up and placed me on the couch. He found a blanket and threw it over me, then he switched on the tv to Criminal Minds. He sat next to me and I cuddled up next to him while we watched it. We kept stealing kisses and we kept laughing at each other. We barely even payed attention to the television, just each other. After about an hour of being silly and watching tv, I felt myself getting drowsy. I rested my head on Jake's shoulder and drifted off into a blissful sleep.
