*Jinxx's POV*

I could hear my phone ringing but i didn't want to answer it. I let it go to voice mail. Sammi groaned beside me, obviously the ringing woke her up.

'Who was it?'

She asked. But before i could answer, i was getting a call again. The number was unfamiliar, but i answered anyways, very cautiously.

Me ; Hello?
Lady ; Hello, is this Mr. Furgeson?
Me ; Yes, is everything alright? May I ask what's going on?
Lady ; Your sister has been in a severe car crash. We're not sure if she'll make it.
Me ; Fuck. I'll be right there.

I hung up the phone & rushed out the door. I almost died rushing down the highway. I couldn't believe what had happened. Adylen gotten into a car accident? Had it been on purpose? Had she been thinking of suicide again? My mind was going 1000 miles an hour. I needed to slow down. I slowed down back to normal speed & got into the lane i needed to be in to exit the highway. Once i got to the hospital i was walking full speed, basically running. I got to the receptionist's desk.

'Adylen Furgeson.'

I said quickly. I just needed to see my baby sister. But what i walked in on was something i could have lived my entire life without seeing...

School just started Monday so it'll be harder for me to get chapters up, but don't worry. I'm not neglecting the story. I just wanted to get a chapter up, sorry it's so short.
