Driving Home
I woke up to Jinxx shaking me awake and telling me we leave in 30 minutes. I groaned and threw a pillow at him. He chuckled and left the room. I slowly got out of bed and headed to my pile of clothes. I chose a black v-neck and black skinny jeans. I threw the rest of my clothes into my suitcase and got changed. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth and tried to fix my hair. I didn't realize how slow I was moving until Andy came in and told me Naomi was waiting for us.
I put the rest of my stuff in my suitcase and rushed out the door, nearly forgetting my phone. I quickly grabbed it and rushed out the door, where the guys were waiting for me. "What the fucking hell took you so long? Naomi's been outside waiting for like 5 minutes!" Ashley said. "I bet I still didn't take as long to get ready as you!" I said. Jinxx and Andy nodded, and Ashley flipped them off while I smirked.
Jake was on his phone, probably texting Naomi. God did that chick make him happy. But of course he's not making any moves soon. Him and Tess just broke up, remember? He's even trying to slow things down by letting me go with Naomi on the drive to L.A. But I think the guys did it so they wouldn't have to deal with all my complaining. What can I say, I enjoy complaining. And I was going to take this opportunity to try and form a close bond with Naomi. Not like bf-gf, more like brother-sister. I feel like Naomi really wanted a bond like she had with her brother, you know, pre dramatic occurrences.
We all headed fro the lobby, and while the rest of the guys were checking out, me and Andy headed outside to greet Naomi. We could see her with her feet up on her dashboard, flipping through an issue of AP and blasting what sounded like Sleeping with Sirens. Not gonna lie, she looked 15 rather than 24. She must have seen us, because she got out. I ran up and gave her a super tight hug. "CC, there's a thing called oxygen, I kinda need it." She said until I let her go. "Sorry, I just like giving tight hugs." I said shrugging.
She shook her head laughing and went to hug Andy. "Sorry we took so fucking long, CC takes forever in the morning." He said turning to me and raising an eyebrow. I shrugged my shoulders. "No it's fine, to be honest, I wasn't up till 20 minutes ago." She said laughing. "Any nightmares?" Andy asked delicately. She looked down. Me and Andy went up and hugged her. Of course, the rest of the guys decided to show up at this moment to come up, but didn't question it. We let go and she hugged the rest of the guys, although I noticed her and Jake exchanged some whispers. God I wish they would just get together already.
After they finished whatever mini-conversation they had, Naomi turned to face all of us. "So who do I have the honor of driving to L.A. with?'' She asked raising an eyebrow. "MemememeMEEE!!" I said, raising my hand and jumping up and down. She laughed and started to get in her car. She said bye to the rest of the guys while I threw my stuff in the back. "By the way Naomi, what kind of car is this?" I heard someone ask, probably Ash. "1967 Chevy Impala." She replied. "It used to be my dad's" We both climbed in and waited for the guys to get their stuff in Ashley's car so they could lead the way.
When we started driving I looked over at Naomi with a that look people give someone when their crush walks in. She saw me and smiled. "What is it?" She said. "I think you like Jake." I said, and she started blushing. "I also happen to know Jake is into you too." I finished, earning a tiny smile and more blushing. "i kinda guessed. But even if he did he's not gonna make a move in a while. He was just cheated on, remember?" She replied. I nodded in agreement. "I was cheated on once, I know the feeling." This caught me by surprise. "Really? When?" "When I was 17, he was a real douche bag, but I was kinda blinded by love, as they say." She replied sadly.
We quickly changed the topic to music. It turned out she was into a lot of classic rock, as well as the usual bands, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, Falling in Reverse, and "Blood on the dance floor? Really?" I asked. She shook her head. "They're not bad. Honestly, the only reason people hate them is because of a stupid rumor, or because they haven't heard their music." She simply replied. Now I was curious. "Fine, put on one of their songs." I said. She looked at me questionably, but obeyed.
She put on 'Lovestruck' which according to her was her favorite song by them. I had to admit, it was different than I though botdf was about. She started singing along with the chorus, and when the song finished, I applauded. She did a little bow and turned to me. "So, you liked it didn't you?" She asked. I shrugged and nodded. "Better than I thought."
"This is of course one of their more finer songs." She said as she put on 'Sexting'. I started laughing and she started singing along. Of course she knew all the words. This time, I recorded her. She noticed and started singing to the camera. Of course when she was done, I sent the video to her and all the guys.
Me: Guys, she's turning me into a BOTDF fan.
Jinxxy: Omfg what is she doing?
Me: Seductively singing a sexual song to a camera. What does it look like?
Ash: I bet Jake wishes he was there now ;)
Jakey: Stfu ashley.
Batman: You guys know she's in this conversation right?
Naomi: Hi guys!
Jinxxy: .......
Jakey: .......
Ash: So Naomi, about the sexting....
Naomi: One more word and you won't have anything to send me.
Jakey: Wait shouldn't you be driving?
Me: I'm typing for her.
Jinxxy: Oh ok.
After that the conversation ended. Me and Naomi couldn't stop laughing. "How did I know Ash was gonna say that?" "Everyone knew Ash was gonna say that!" I replied. When we calmed down she put on some AC/DC, rolled down the windows, and we both started singing as loud as we could. We got strange looks, but neither of us cared. we eventually ended up next to the guys, and we continued to sing. The guys were staring at us like we were insane, but we just flipped them off and continued.
This continued until we were tired and ran out of songs to sing. I looked over at her. "You know I'm here for you, right? We all are, but especially me." I said. She looked at me and giggled. "Are you trying to become my favorite?" She asked. I put on a puppy dog face and scooted closer. "May I pweeeaase be your favorite?" I asked pouting. She laughed and pushed me away. "Only if you buy me nutella." She said smiling. "I SHALL BUY YOU ALL THE NUTELLA IN THE WORLD!!" I screamed, earning lots of laughs from Naomi. "Then I guess you're my favorite!" She said, and I cheered.
When the guys stopped at a rest stop, I bought her a tiny jar of Nutella and we started cracking up. Not gonna lie, Jake looked SUPER jealous, but him and Naomi talked the rest of the time there, so I guess that calmed him down. When the rest of the guys asked about the nutella, we just laughed and said "inside joke." Then me and the guys got back to making fun of Jake and Naomi (we were calling them Nake now) which led to more flipping off and eye rolls.
But honestly, Naomi already was acting like part of the group. We couldn't wait for her to meet the rest of the girls, and settle to life in L.A. By the looks of it, she was excited too.
Naomi's POV
Of course I was fucking excited! I'm living with my saviors and starting a new life! I had great friendships with the guys and me and Jake were starting to get really close. But at the same time, I was scared. Of course I was excited to start my music career, but I knew if I got famous, my brother would have easy access to me. But I tried my hardest to push that thought to the back of my head. It's time for a new start, again.

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, some things happened and I got distracted :/IN OTHER NEWS: Remember that band I talked about in the last chapter? They got signed to the same record label as BVB!!!!! I was so happy!!
