I knew what you meant though. I used to do more visual art, but lost the oomph to do it for various reasons. I hadn't thought that I would find a way to be creative again until I decided to give writing fanfic a try, just to be competitive with my ever-lovely arch-nemesis. It's a fucking damned good thing I turned out to actually enjoy it, as I'm getting my ass handed to me! I don't do humble very well, this is not exactly going according to plan, haha! Oh well, fuck it!

I agree with you. I am a visual artist (drawing, occasionally panting, ect.) and I would have loved to donate but I unfortunately don't have any money. I did spread the word about the Sale as soon as it was brought to my attention. I definitely want his gallery to stay.

Even fan fiction is a form of art, albeit one that is tucked away behind someone's dresser, shunned, and looked down upon. Though I may be shamed and ridiculed, after a fashion, I am an artist too.

I love RV's work, he is amazing, and it would be deplorable for me not to do my small part to support him and his art. I feel artists should help one another when they can. I only wish I could do more, and I will when I am able.

Yeah, I guess most bleeding is actually from delicate, unpummeled vaginal tissue, haha! The hymen itself is generally poorly vascularized. Somewhere in here I have some decent links to some interesting shit I've read about it, in the comments.

I know my first times were with a girl, and not painful, and we just used fingers. Then, when I tried having sex later, in a not terribly comfortable fashion, with a male, who was impatient, disgusting, and awful, it was too painful even to keep going, which says something, since I have the highest pain tolerance of anyone I've ever known. (Except for possibly the arch-nemesis, who is such a lunatic she literally walked around on her freshly broken ankle.) The next time I attempted coitus was with a man, and it went smoothly enough, just leaving me sore. I don't recall ever bleeding at any point.
