Does bvb seem a bit more cocky to you since they gained a bunch of fans in the past year?

Yeah, yeah they kind of do. I mean just looking at the packages for their coming tour and especially the two hundred dollar ones where you get Andy's shirt at the end of the night-who does he think he is-Justin Timberlake?

I dunno, I love them and I think the new record is going to sound amazing, but I think right now they're getting a little big for their britches.

I don't know why, but I always love your point of view and how you said it :3

@We are young and we are strong
I personally think so, they don't seem to care as much as before for their fans, well they changed (more than the fact they don't use makeup/body paint anymore). Plus Andy (which is the front man, so epitomizes the idea of the whole band) don't seem as friendly and funny as before. He used to be the 'funny and cute guy' for me, now he's just another rock star (for me). For me CC seem to be the only one who don't get the fame in his head... Yet?

Then, at least their music is still good, not my favorite, but really good... I just hope they won't turn in total jerks..

I agree a little. But just as with any band...the bigger they get of course there is a little more attitude..price goes up on mercy and tickets. But also remember that they have a a manager that doesn't allow certain things. Their fan base has gotten bigger in which allows more "crazies" for lack of a better term. They have to be on their guard more and can't allow certain things they used to when the fan base was smaller. I do get upset when I see interviews and its Andy only. He doesn't make the band...the band makes the band. But the frontman is always put in the spotlight. Cc jinxx and jake don't get the recognition they deserve...even Ashley gets more face Time than most of them. This is usually the downfalls of most bands. I am a fan mainly of the music...not so much of each individual person so I see it like this...if they keep going at this rate, the band will not make it many more years. It will be unfortunate but this is how fame works. I personally hope they do stick around like kiss and motleyvdid over the years but only time will tell

Yeah CC still seems the same. (Thank god) Jinxx seems the same and Jake has been through alot recently so he's kinda excused on being different part. Ash is just idk. There's a lot to be said. Andy seems more idk more serious and less friendly. I've heard rumors that during signings, Ash is a jerk and doesnt act the nicest. But idk he could've just been having a bad day.

honestly, Their human Just like us. They've grown as people and muscians. I'd hate to see them become total Asses.

and i miss the warpaint. It was what made them even more likeable. They made them selves stand out. I dont think tjeirt going to wear half as much as before if any :/

@AshesToAshes13
i have to disagree with that comment about ashley, he was really funny when i met him in december, i had christmas cards for all the guys and he asked if they were valentines cards
As a whole i cant really comment as i am a fairly new fan, i fell in love with their music when i saw them while waiting for trivium at download in 2012, the obession didnt start till i joined this site january last year lol

@chipmunkcalling
Yeah like I said it was just rumors lol. I saw them at warped last year but got into them a few months before warped haha.their the reason I went ^-^

no.... i dont think or feel like they are just that they improved more and that they gotten more mature from their past albums to know... Im glad that they are gaining more and more fans that makes me happy its just those haters that make me sad or at least mad... but you know we all got our own belifes....

Well,I miss these days when we could go to them and give them hugs without asking. They often don't stay for autographs too.

Okay, here's the deal with Black Veil Brides.
Andy has always been cocky and kind of an ass. He just tried to be nice early on, now he doesn't care. Also, he has no right to do that. I mean I have met KoRn (a lot bigger band than BVB) I have met Five Finger Death Punch (a lot bigger band than BVB) and they were really nice to me. So fame shouldn't get to their heads, they aren't top dogs and if they think they are they are confused. Yes they have a lot of fans, but you don't see them headlining huge festivals like Mayhem Fest, Download Fest, Glastonbury, etc. So their cockyness will just hurt them. I tend to go thru spurts where I hate BVB because they aren't the same. I saw them on their first headlining tour back in like 2010. Jake was the only nice one, only! Andy and Ashley wouldn't talk to me. Jinxx signed some stuff but wouldn't talk, and I don't remember if CC or Sandra was there. But I didn't talk to drummer at the time. So they have always been cocky. Except for Jake who took a picture with me, talked, signed stuff, and was just genuinely nice to me. So in my opinion, yes they have gotten more cocky, but they have always been that way.
Musically they have improved. Andy's voice has improved, Jinxx and Jake have gotten better at guitar, Ashley I really don't know, and CC had improved on his drumming skills. But I really feel like they try to please the fans more than themselves. You can't do that, because at some point you will get bored and just quiet. You never write lyrics to make fans happy. Write what is important to you and put your emotion in it, that's what fans want. Not "A Saviour will be there, when you are feeling alone."
I'm sorry but if that's true you have lied to a lot of fans, a lot. So I feel like they are becoming a stereotypical band. They aren't becoming this giant beast they are just starting to slide in and be another Warped Tour band. Which isn't a good thing. I mean Falling In Reverse is like a second or third headliner on a big festival, Motionless In White was at Mayhem Fest. Is BVB ever going to be on Mayhem Fest, no. There is no way in hell that they will be. I've started classifying them with Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens. Just another pop punk band that teenagers like. That is just my opinion.
