*Skylar's POV*

I rolled over, not wanting to get up. We hadn't gone through the papers yet. I wasn't ready to find everything out. But, i knew that today had to be the day if i wanted to quit fighting with Brent. I swung my feet over the edge of the bed & got out.

'256 589 6975'

I basically just breathed. He answered second ring.

Me ; Jake, when are you coming over?
Him ; Doll, i stayed the night last night.
Me ; Then where the fuck are you?
Him ; On the living room floor.

*Back to Skylar's POV*

I tudged down the stairs & attempted to pick Jake up. I failed very miserably though.

'The fuck?'

Jake said, literally dying of laughter.

'I was trying to pick you up, but as you can see, i failed pretty miserably..'

He continued to laugh as he got up & walked into the kitchen, pulling out 2 poptarts & 2 monsters.

'Let's get this show on the road!'

All of a seudden Derek popped up from the couch.

'Wait, i wanna uncover this mystery with you!'

Oh Jesus, how i love Derek.

'Yeah, we'll wait, come on!'

I fake screamed at him, half forgetting there was other people in the room. We all walked into my room & sat on my paper filled bed. Damn i can't belive how much shit he found..

'So this is a paper of just the girls basic information.'

Jake said. I looked at the paper. Derek came to me & cuddled me, i didn't pull away cause i knew i was going to need it. I started reading the paper. Kelly Minciple. She lived a couple blocks over. Then i saw a picture of her... She was beautiful.. A tear escaped my eye. Derek rubbed my back. This was really happening. Brent, the love of my life was cheating on me. She was gorgeous.. It made sense..

'It makes sense..'

I said, setting down the paper, Jake went to hand me more. Now more people were accumulating in the room. Now Ashley, Andy, & Juliet sat next to Derek & Jake. They all wore a confused look.

'Why does it make sense, sweet pea?'

Juliet asked, sweetly. I showed her the picture.

'This girl, Kelly Minciple, is absolutely gorgeous, then theres me.. No wonder why he's cheating...'

Juliet leaned across the bed & punched me, really hard actually. I knew what she was getting at, but i couldn't let myself belive that this was anyone's fault but my own. Another tear escaped my eye. Then another.. Derek tightened his grasp on me as Jake handed me another paper. This one was a texting conversation.

Brent ; Baby , show me a good time will ya ?

I knew it was Brent because that was exactly how he typed..

Kelly ; You betcha baby!

Brent ; I'll be over in about 25 mins .

Kelly ; Let me prep for you ;)

Brent ; Alright, doll (;

He called her doll... That was what he called me.. I was his one & only. He only called me doll. Only fucking me! But it's not true! I thought all this then repeated it for everyone to hear.

'He called her doll.. That was what he would always call me.. I was his one & only. He said i was his one & only! But it's not true!'

I screamed.. This time the tears went to anger. Then the anger froze & turned back into tears.

'Is there more..?'

I asked Jake.

'Yeah, but we can stop..'

He answered, starting to clear all the papers into neat piles. But i put my hand on it.

'No, i want to read them all. I can do it.'

I said, putting on a fake smile. Jake handed me the next stack of papers looking at me warily. I could do this, i don't know what the big deal was. They were more conversations, pictures & a bunch of shit i could of went my entire life without seeing. The thing that hurt me most was the phone calls... But i was gonna be strong. I walked into my closet & pulled out a box, sitting on the floor while everyone else was on the bed. I was going to use a new technique than with what i did with Jace. But just then i got a phone call.

'We learn from all your hate! We are lost in your mistakes! Play our hym for the brand new day!'

I looked on the screen & saw Brents name. I was going to have to do this nicely.

Me ; Hello!
Him ; Hey baby.
Me ; Oh, hey babe.
Him ; Whatcha doin?
Me ; Sittin' in my room with the guys going through some memories. You?
Him ; On my way over.
Me ; WHAT?
Him ; Yep, be there in 2.
Me ; K.
Him ; Love you.
Me ; I.. Love you too..
*Back to Skylar's POV*

'CLEAN THIS UP NOW & GET OUT OUR PHOTO ALBUMS! HE'LL BE HERE IN 2 MINUTES!'

I screamed. This was happening. I was sneaking around too.. But not in any way like him. I stood up & shoved the box in it's place while Jake was cleaning up all of the papers & whatnot. Andy ran to his room to get all of the photo books out. We made it just in time. He walked in the front door & came up the stairs. I cuddled into CC's side.

'This was the greatest picture ever!'

CC screamed, pointing to the picture of me running out of the dressing room.

'That's when you interupted Ash!'

Andy screamed.

'Yeah! THAT WAS SO FUNNY!'

I screamed just as Brent walked in.

'Hey baby.'

He said, coming to me. Kissing me. Ew, it didn't feel the same anymore. Not now that he was cheating & i knew...
