I wake up to a knock on my door.

“You should get ready, so we can go pick up Jinxx” Andy says from the hallway

“Alright” I respond and move to my wardrobe. I pick out a sassy Lolita style outfit. I love being able to dress the way I want. I do my doll makeup and straighten my hair. I know for now I’m just going to the hospital, but afterwards I have an interview with Hot Topic.

“Nice get up” Andy says as I walk down the stairs

“Fuck off”

“What? It’s cute” He says and I roll my eyes at him

“Whatever” I say and then giggle

“You so can’t pretend to be irritated”

“I know...”

“Come on, let’s go get the Jinxxy” He says and I laugh

We sit in silence on the way to the hospital, then when we get there, Andy tell the receptionist who we’re there to see and a few minutes later a nurse walks us back to the room

“Well don’t you look adorable” Jinxx said as me and Andy entered the room and I blushed

“I saw that” He says as he comes over to kiss me

“Oh yea, you’re gonna be in the interview with me and Dylen” I said

“Really?”

“Yea. I got to choose 2 other people and I chose you and Dylen ‘cause I know I can’t do it by myself”

“But it’s about your band, aren’t you afraid they’ll ask me about BVB”

“Not really and if they do, oh well, besides it’s not like there’s a lot going on with BVB right now anyway”

“That’s true” Andy says “We haven’t started working on the new album yet”

“Alright” Jinxx says as he reaches for his bag and we walk out of the hospital

“Oh, by the way, Andy called you Jinxxy” I say before we get to the car

“Oh, reaaaally?” Jinxx says and then punches Andy in the arm

“Valerey you’re so mean, why’d you tell” Andy whines as we get in the car

“’Cause I wanted him to punch you” I say

We all talk about random things as Andy drives us back to me and Jinxx’s house.

“Well, I guess I’ll go now” Andy says as me and Jinxx get out of the car

“See ya, man” Jinxx says and Andy pulls out of the driveway.

“We have to pick up Dylen in a few minutes from the airport” I say as we walk into the house

“Alright, just let me get changed”

After Jinxx comes back downstairs we head out to the car and then to the airport

“Valerey, Jinxxy!” Dylen yells as he runs up to us, drops his bags, and then hugs us.

Jinxx punches him “Hey” Dylen whines

“Don’t call me Jinxxy”

I laugh at them “I guess it’s true that guys never really grow up, they just get bigger” I say and get two death glares in return

“Well you still dress like a 10 year old sometimes with those princess dresses” Dylen says

“They’re not princess dresses they’re doll dresses and it’s adorable” I say and he looks down

“They are pretty adorable” He mumbles and Jinxx punches him in the arm again, a little harder this time

“What?! I’m just agreeing with her” Dylen says “It’s not like she’s Annabelle or anything” He adds under his breath, but I still hear it and I think Jinxx did too because he changed the subject.

“So how were your parents?” Jinxx asks

“They were surprisingly happy to see me” Dylen answers

“What do you mean surprisingly? I thought you had a great relationship with your parents” I say

“Well when I left for LA they said that if I was gonna leave them, then they didn’t want to see me anywhere near them ever again”

“Well that was kinda harsh” Jinxx says

“That’s what I said” Dylen replies “Anyway, we should get going to the interview”

We all head back to Jinxx’s car and head to Hot Topic to do the interview. We’re doing it in store since we’re a band with a tiny following, but the store will be closed while we’re there, and people can stop and watch. We talk about various things during the short ride to the store and once we get to a nearby parking lot, I feel my anxiety sink in. When I get out of the car I must have been shaking badly enough for Jinxx and Dylen to notice.

“Val, you okay?” Dylen asks

“Yea” I respond, trying to choke down my anxiety, but to no avail

“Interviews aren’t bad at all, just simple questions that don’t really provoke much thought” Jinxx says

“Right...” I say, turning to see how excited Dylen is about this, which lessens my anxiety some “Come on, let’s go”

We walk down the street to the Hot Topic outlet store and wait for a manager to unlock the door and let us in. Once we’re in, we’re led to a table with chairs and we take a seat.

“Alright, when the camera starts state your role in the band, Jinxx, just don’t say anything unless you’re asked a question or Valerey or Dylen wants you to talk” The guy says

“Got it” We all respond

“Cameras on in 5-4” He starts to counts down

“Hi, I’m Valerey, Vocals” I say when he says one

“And I’m Dylen, Guitar”

“And we’re part of Angel’s Demise” We both say in unison

“How happy are you with the way your album sales went?” The reporter asks

“Really happy, and I have to thank BVB, especially, Jinxx, for getting our name out there” I reply, my anxiety diminishing “And we were also really happy with the turnout of our first tour and meet and greets”

“What was everyday life like in a tour bus full of ten band members?”

“Hectic, that’s it, just hectic” Dylen replies

“Not to mention weird, It was BVB’s first time touring with girls and there was at least one bra everywhere you looked, which didn't bother Ash any” Jinxx added and we all laughed, reporter and camera man included

“Speaking of Black Veil Brides, what are you guys up to?”

“Nothing at the moment, just resting after a long 3 or so months of touring” Jinxx replies

“What about Angel’s Demise? Can we expect to hear anything new soon?”

“Well, Dylen just got back from Ohio, so we haven’t been working on anything, but that’s not to say we’re not going to be”

“Oooh elusive, so no say as to whether there will be a single in the near future?”

“Not at the moment” Dylen says

“How hard was it for you five to produce an album for the first time?”

“Well, we had help from Jinxx and the others, so we weren’t alone on it like a lot of new bands are” Dylen replies

“What advice do you have for up and coming bands?”

“Make friends and don’t think you’re too good to be playing in a bar, you need all the exposure you can get, not to mention label scouts just might be at that bar that night and just might pick you up for a deal” I say

“And do not give up, ever” Dylen adds

“Are you surprised at your success thus far?”

“Not really, we’ve worked hard to be where we are at the moment and we hope to make it much farther” I say

“Anything you wanna say to your fans before we end this interview?”

“We know things can get hard, trust me, but it does get better, always, promise” I say

“We love you guys so much and thanks for helping us along in our journey to become the greatest band that has ever lived” Dylen adds And smiles at the last part

“Thank you guys for watching, we are Angel’s Demise” Me and Dylen say in unison

“And that a wrap, thank you so much for coming out”

“Thank you for having us” Dylen replies and then we head back to our car

“See that wasn’t all bad” Jinxx says

“It was actually kinda fun” I respond

Sorry I haven't updated in almost a month, my depression has been shit, my anxiety has been shit, school has been shit, bullies have been shit, and just life in general has been shit, but I got a chapter up finally and it's a little longer to make up for not uploading. Don't expect a chapter every week though, while school's in session as that's when my depression is the worst and I just don't feel like doing much of anything, not to mention all the homework and bullshit.
