I got up a few hours after everyone had fallen asleep because I couldn’t sleep. I moved to where the letters lay and took a few out. I read them all night; reading and rereading. I was lost in my own world, where my parents actually played a part in my life. It was wonderful. So much better than the life I have in reality. I could stay here forever, but I was pulled out because CC had awoken and said good morning to me. I lost the trance I was in and returned to my reality. My reality that I am finally happy in. A reality I didn’t want to lose. Little did I know what my reality was about to hold.

JINXX’S POV

I awoke to find no Valerey. She probably stayed up all night reading those letters; as expected. Last night when Valerey had already retreated to the bunks, I talked to the guys about a life changing decision. I’ve been planning this for months and when we get back home, I hope she’ll be mine. It’ll be on our 2 year anniversary and I’ll make sure it’ll be a night she remembers for the rest of her life.

“Hey babe” I said as I walked into the front room.

“Jinxx, I think you’re moving a little too fast” CC says and I roll my eyes

“Not you, you dunce, Valerey”

“Oh, well, I’m flattered anyway” CC answers and Val throws a pillow at him

I walk over to where Valerey is sitting

“So, how long you been up reading those?” I asked

“Let’s see, you guys went to bed at around 2 and I woke up at 3 and it’s 12 now soooo, about 9 hours” She says the last part matter-of-factly.

“So, basically you didn’t sleep”

“I couldn’t, not without reading the letters first”

“I figured you’d say that”

“Well it’s true”

“Awh, look at the two lovers being all lovey” Ash says as he walks in and I roll my eyes

“How do you know? Mr. ‘I gotta get in everyone’s pants’”

“Hey” he says, half whining and Valerey laughs

“You know it’s true” Andy chimes in

“I know...” Ash replies

We all sit and talk for a few hours until it’s time to get dinner and then to get ready for the show. We have dinner at a Golden Corral and there were a few fans there that we invited to sit with us and they seemed ecstatic. When we are finished we say bye to the fans and head for the bus. Once we get to the venue, we head in and get ready. This venue was fancy enough to actually have a dressing room with mirrors, so we didn’t have to share a bathroom mirror for all ten of us.

“So, how do I look?” Valerey asks

I walk up to her and kiss her “Absolutely gorgeous” I say and she blushes

“Yea, sweet outfit, Val” Anna says

“Angel’s Demise on in 5” A man says

“Looks like we got ready just in time” Elliot says and we head out to side stage

“Angel’s Demise in 5-4-3-2-1” And at one they walk out on stage and this time they don’t get booed. Hopefully that means the fans like them. The meet and greet did go well tonight for them, unlike last night.

“I’ve been wondering if those people actually were her parents” Andy says as soon as they start playing

“I don’t know, man, but she didn’t want us to do anything”

“I know, but what if they were? Then she would’ve met them before they died”

“We should look at the dates on the letters and see when they stopped coming”

“Yea, that’d be a good idea. I mean we shouldn’t tell Val, I just want to know”

“We just have to look at the letters” I say, finishing that topic. Me and the other guys begin talking about random stuff for the half hour set until it was our turn to go on.

Once our set was finished we all headed back to the bus and headed to bed. Today had been very busy and we were all tired.
