Audrey's POV

I reached out for Jake just as the Shadow oulled me in from behind. Everything became a hazy blur as I made my final futile attempt to grab Jakes hand. He disappeared as a black mist engulfed me. It was dark, I could hear water dripping. As my eyes adjusted I realized, I was in the tower. I'd been kidnapped. I panicked and looked around. The shadow shoved me from behind with the shaft of his staff. I looked forward, down a dark hall. I could see and hear the water as it dripped from the ceiling. The air was freezing down here. I stumbled forward with another stern shove to my back. I turned to looked into the sinister eyes of the shadow that had captured me. He reached out a hand and struck me. My body slamming against the wet cement floor. My body was covered in goosebumps. I pulled myself up and walked in the direction he pointed. I was terrified. I screamed as i walked beside something, realizing it was a dead body, hanging by its hands from a pipe. They had been suffocated by the lack of air to their arms, Dropping blood circulation. The shadow opened a cell and shoved me in, slamming the metal bars as he manically laughed in my face.
"NO NO NO!" I screamed as I pulled and kicked at the bars.
"It's...no use." l jumped as I heard the weak voice from behind me. Two women were huddled in the corner of the cement blocked cell. Both looked very weak, but one much worse. Her hair was brown and dry and breaking, her eyes sunk back and her cheek bones beginning to show. Her eyes looked dead.
The other was a sandy blonde, skinny but not as bad as the other. She was covered in dirt and had her hair in clumped patches.
"Who are you?" I stammered.
"Juliet," she said quietly as she pulled her legs to her chest, wrapping her arms around them.
"Andy's Juliet?" I asked.
Her eyes instantly shot up. "You know Andy? Is he OK?"
"He's perfectly fine. I was just with him, before a shadow attacked me. They are coming Juliet!"
"SHHH!" she said loudly. Her voice dropped to a whisper. "They are everywhere. Keep your voice down!"
"Oh, sorry. Andy's looking for you Juliet!"
"I knew he would," she said as the tears began to spill over her cheeks.

I looked over at the other girl. Suddenly a loud crackle erupted in the cell, rattling the bars of every prisoners block in the dungeon.
"The rebels claim that a brave new world is upon us. Do not be fooled by the chichanery with which they lay their claim. It is false, and their uprising will not succeed. You will place your trust in FEAR. You must..."
I looked, wide eyed at Juliet. "They have to." Her voice was barely audible, her sanity questionable as she cowarded in the corner. I see what Andy meant about them preying on insecurities and how people went mad down here. I was terrified.
Screaming filled the hall. I covered my ears suddenly. Neither woman reacted, only continued staring off into the nothingness. How? Was this normal? I looked out of the cell as a shadow dragged a young girl, probably fourteen by her hair down the hallway. "AHHH, NO NO NO, PLEASE PLEEAAAAASE, AHHHH!" she attempted to resist, but the shadow smashed her head off the concrete floor, kicking her torso as he dropped her. She cried out in pain and dragged her nails into the floor, only to be dragged away by the shadow, her screams echoing for a few minutes in the dungeons. This had to be hell.

I know it's very short but I wanted to write a bit more before going to bed. More of a filler.
Yeah Audrey's locked in the tower now with Juliet and another woman.
Can she escape?
