" feeling better?" Cc asked rubbing my shoulder and kissing my cheek.
I nodded sleepily into his Chest gripping his waist tighter.
"Yeah"
He smiled kissing my head again and I let out a shaky breath into his warm chest.
We were laying in his bed , him holding me while I listened to his steady heart beat. Its been 1 hour since I got home and I was finally calming down from my break down earlier.
" so I was thinking... How would you like to come visit my parents with me next week?" He asked and I looked up into his beautiful brown eyes.
" really?"
He wanted me to meet his family? Now that I think of it it has been almost 2 years and I haven't met them.
He nodded and smiled moving a piece of hair out of my face.
" of course, they really want to meet you"
I smiled and nuzzled more into his chest.
" mm sounds good"
I let out a yawn and I felt him chuckle
" go to sleep, I love you" he said but it turned into a mumble as he leaned down and kissed my head right before I fell asleep, a smile plastered on my face.

Cc's pov:
I smiled looking down out Jessica, her mouth had a small smile on it as she slept. She seemed so relaxed which I know she hasn't been in forever.
I quietly shifted so she was laying on the pillows and I sat up letting out a nervous breath. I put the covers on her and stood up.
I patted my pocket feeling the lump about the same size as the one in my heart before leaving the bedroom and heading down the stairs.
I walked lazily down each brown carpeted step and heard loud voices. I followed them and walked into the living room seeing jake , Andy, and jinxx sitting on the couch and I knew it was now or never. I walked in and cleared my throat
" hey uh ,guys? " I asked and they all looked at me smiling.
" hey man, how's Jess?" Andy asked and I moved to the brown chair across from them.
" she's good but there's something I need to tell you or um ask, well mainly jake" I said stumbling over my words a little. Man was i nervous.
They all looked at me smiling while nodding.
" go ahead" jake said and I let out a sigh sticking my hand in my pocket gripping the warm box.
" so uh You all know that me and Jess have known Eachother for awhile.." I said and they all nodded slowly.
" yeah.." Andy said and I sighed again
" she's different, special, other than any other girl, I love her, I never felt this way about anyone, not even Lauren and well tomorrow at the show I was uh hoping you would help me with something.."
My knees bounced up and down and they all looked at me expectantly. Jake looked at me with his eyebrow raised wearing a poker face.
" with what?" Jinxx asked I let out a breath and took out the small box and placed it on the coffee table in front of jake.
He looked at it then cautiously picked it up opening it. His eyes widened and then he looked at me with an expression I couldn't read. The others looked at it and gasped.
" cc your-"
" proposing to Jess?" Jinxx added and I nodded They all looked at eachother and smiled
. " this is so amazing!" Andy called and I nervously laughed looking at jake who's straight line turned into a smile
" congrats man" he finally said placing the box on the table and I looked at him.
" wait do you mea-" He cut me off
" yes cc, of course I give you my permission" I smiled widely feeling a weight come off my chest.
I don't know why I had a fear that he would say no, I mean he's my best friend they all are. I know if it was my sister and jake asking I would say yes.
" really?" I asked and he nodded
" of course, I wouldn't want my little sister marrying anyone else" I smiled and took the ring back slipping it In my pocket and bounced my Knee up and down again.
" this is so great" Andy said an I chuckled
" I agree!

" same! but cc.." Jake began and I looked at him.
" how are we going to do this?" He asked with a huge smile. I smiled again getting butterflies thinking about it. I

" we'll I'm going to need your help and burn brights too, but I have the perfect plan"
They all smiled and nodding and we began our plan.
