From Within Secrets

*Andy's POV*

I was sitting in class one day, listening to everyone talking around me about the school dance or doing this or doing that. It was really pointless when you were as old as I am. I mean 'she' took all of that away from me when I was really young yet. I still regret falling in love with that bitch. The teacher was late and that wasn't a normal thing. Then again it wouldn't be a first time a teacher is late, there is this one teacher that is late everyday and it's really okay because we miss like 10 minutes of classes. But this teacher is usually on time if not a minute late, it was about 20 minutes when she came walking through the door.

"Okay class, so remember when I told you I had something plan about the history of this town? Well here is what I want you all to work on today. I want you to write down about your past. What brought you to this town? How long has your family been here? And If you know any history of this town and it's secrets." She smiled and was handing out the paper with the questions and what we should be answering or write. When she got to me she just looked at me. "Is there a problem with what I'm asking for?"

"Yeah, there is a lot of problems here. One not a lot of people like to share their past. Some vampires don't even remember anything about their past." I explained to her. "Another thing is everyone from vampire families to half breed families and human/hunter families know that the Kanno's build this place to protect the good vampires to have a place to run to when in other cities and states were hiring hunters to kill all vampires." I just narrow my eyes at her.

"As much as I hate to agree with a vampire like him. He is right about that. Everyone is here because the Kanno's allow them to be here." Damon was a hunter that fucking hated my group, though he deal with us because we were in with the Kanno's. "Everyone also know that you can't kill anyone unless the Kanno's say you can. Really I don't see the point of this. The vampires and half breed familes that are here, already sign papers that the Kanno's allow them to be in this town so they are safe until the Kanno feels they aren't good to the town."

"Not everyone is bad Damon. You really need to shut up and get the fact right before you talk." I looked over at Roku. "I really don't agree with this and if kids don't want to do it I think they don't have to. If you have a issue with it. My parents would be happy to come here and tell you what they think. Not everyone likes to give away their past, some vampires move here to run away from what they had, to make a new life and to live like normal people. Just because Damon has a issue with all vampires and half breeds. He things all of this is a bad idea, though my family has the power to kick out other hunters too that don't agree with what we build." Roku could be cold hearted and with her being friends with vampires and half breeds, no one could really fight her on this.

"I'm sorry...." Damon just looked down and started drawing. "She's right though, Kannos have the pull in this too, they take in others that don't have homes anymore. And is not afraid to kick out people or familes that will try and change things. So yet again, Andy is right about that. Why write something we all know?" He looked at the teacher with narrow eyes.

"Okay since none of you want to do that, then I guess open your books and read for the rest of the class." She walked back to the desk and sat down and just going on the computer. I pulled out my phone to check in on CC. He's in a class by himself with none of us with him and I didn't want someone pissing him off. So I needed to text him every 5 minutes to make sure he was okay and too order him to keep his cool. I wish I could do more for him but I think killing his girl was what made him unstable, it makes me wonder if being with or around me makes him think of that day. I didn't want to kill Liz, but she would have caused so much trouble. All vampires were to be killed in LA. But my group was the only ones to get away without even being wounded by the hunters. It was Julia's family that helped us get out of there.

"Andy, you shouldn't be texting in class!" The teacher snapped me out of my thoughts and she should know by now why I have my phone. She hasn't bother me since the first day about it and here she is doing it again.

"And like I told you already, unless you want a young vampire going on a killing spree of the whole school and blood and guts everywhere, let me control my friend so his anger doesn't cause that. All teachers know that I have to keep checking in on my friend when I don't have the same class, even the office people. If you have a issue with that. I can always ask Jamie and Nick to come here again and explain. I'm sure you wouldn't want blood on your hands of people dying because you refused me to keep my friend undercontrol." I smirked at her and she shut up like the last time and went back to her computer.

After school was over, I was walking out to meet the others and I seen the teacher talking to someone I never seen before. It was a guy, he seem really dark and what was worse, he smell of human, vampire and half breed blood. I didn't like that he was in the school or near the teacher. Bad things could happen. I walk pasted them and was stopped by the teacher.

"Oh Andy, what happen in class today, I'm sorry about that. I did look into it and you're right, you are allow to message your friend when not in a class with him. Though as for the whole thing you caused about the paper. What's so bad about writing down things like that?" She was just looked at me and the guy that she was talking to just up and disappeared. I don't even remember him walking past me to leave.

"I'm sorry but there is just pasts that people or should I say vampires don't want to bring up. I'm sure you notice all my friends were like that too. We rather not talk about the past we had. Some of us have pasts so dark that it haunts us to this day, sometimes we can over come the feeling but not always. I didn't think it was right that you wanted us to do that. There is things everyone hide and don't want people to know. So unless you're going to put your life story on there and you sex life story, then don't make us relive things we don't want to." I walked away and wouldn't let her talk to me anymore today. I walked out to the parking lot where everyone was waiting, we were all planning to go out today and it would be nice to get away from everything that happen. Though my question still bugged me with Chris though, when ever he seen me he would smile but there would always be that sign of hurt too. Did I really fuck him up with killing her like that?

"Andy?" I looked over at Jinxx and sighed, fuck I forgot to block my mind so he couldn't read it.
"I'm fine, just thinking to myself." I smile at him and everyone could tell he was reading minds again.

"Maybe we should talk later..." He always seem to look out for us all but that was all of us really. We never wanted to be without each other and where always there to have each others back.
"Maybe, right now where is everyone planning to go tonight?" I looked at everyone, with it being Friday night we all could do something for the whole weekend.

"Well that's where I pulled some strings and asked my parents if we could use our land for a camp out. All of us. Well they were happy to know that people are getting more daring enough to make me ask them about it. So if you all want, we can go camping but use the woods or a clearing in the woods on my land. For the next two nights and days." Roku smiled and everyone just cheer and getting in their cars telling us that they would meet us there. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Are you sure about this? How does Aiden and Kyraiei feel?" Chris didn't like her siblings too much, they know that him and Roku got closer and Aiden went after him, told him if he did anything to hurt Roku he would kill him. I'm shock that the siblings allow it to happen, to see where their friendship goes. But yet again didn't tell their parents anything.

"They are okay with it because I'm on Kanno's land, if it was a normal camping spot they would have been flipping out but this way they can come help if they need to." She smiled at me and walked off. "Going to need help boys with the tents and yes, I'm putting all five of you to work." She just laughed and we had no choice but to help her.

We got everything we needed and started putting up the tents, well Jinxx and I did, the others went to look for fire wood leaving us two to do this. "We should talk about what you thought earlier. You know he don't hate you for that and you know he is unstable but still a good person. He has a heart of gold, and we are his friends." Jinxx was working on the another tent.

"I know but he smiles and I can still see the hurt in his eyes, he still looks like it bugs him what happen and I'm worry about him. I know there is Roku now but the hurt is still there. It makes me wonder if seeing me makes him remember that day?" I just looked at him.

"Even if it did make him remember, he sticks with you Andy, he could have walked off, could have broken the connection you and him have. But he didn't. Just stop worrying about it. Chris is happy to have you, he knows it could be a lot worse for him and because you're the one that turn him you have better thoughts for him, you don't torture him, not like we got, not like Ashley got, not like you got. He has a better life and he made one mistake and he knows that, he knows the danger is could have cause and even thought it was his love, it will be replace with Roku. You know that for a fact, I mean you all see how close they were." I nodded and we stop talking about this as everyone came back to help us.

By the time everyone showed up, we had 8 tents set up and a fire pit. Everyone claimed what tents they would be taking Caiden and Wyatt had a tent to themselves, yeah Caiden finally got enough guy to tell Wyatt he was in love with him but now you can't break the two apart. Letitia and Zeric had a tent, Seth and Kaia, Julia and Lydia all had a tent together too. Jake and Jinxx wanted one with only their girlfriends. So that only left two out of the 8, Roku, Cambria and Chloe all decided that they were going to get their own, leaving me sharing with Ashley and Chris. I didn't mind, I could keep Chris out of trouble now. And yes that trouble is with Roku. Not going to even talk about the morning after she calmed him down. Guess the two woke up before us and decided to test how strong was the bond of them being together. If it wasn't for Cambria walking in, they would have been hooked up that night but we put a stop to it because I didn't want to see Chris killed because he had no control. That bond that vampires feel, it's strong and if you have no control, then you're fucked.

We were all sitting around the fire until Caiden decided to talk. "You know it's been a while since we all did this. And because it's been a while we never had Andy and his friends with us." He looked at Roku and she nodded. "We also didn't have some others either like Zeric and Letitia or Seth and Kaia or the girls Alice and Ella. See back when we did this before it was only me, Roku, Cambria, Chloe, Wyatt, Julia and Lydia. We use to come camping out here with Aiden and Kyraiei. Back before they had so many things they had to do. This story I'm about to tell is part of Roku's history. Something not many know about." This could get interesting.

"I'll start since it's has to do with my many great grandma. She was hunting these vampires, it was a group of 50 if not 100 and they were going around from town to town to kill people. My grandma knew that she had to put a stop to it. She haunted them one by one, killing ever last one of them. But what stopped her from killing the last one was because he was just a boy. Maybe 10, maybe older or younger. She wouldn't know because he was a vampire. The kid was scared to death of my grandmother and begged her to not kill him. That he would do anything if she didn't kill him." Okay this story wasn't as what I thought it would be.

"It said that Roku's grandma, befriend the small boy, she learn from him that all vampires were not as bad as the ones that turn him or killed people in town." Wyatt jumped in now, so this was interesting so it was going to be told by Roku, Wyatt, Caiden, Julia and Lydia. "She seen that vampires could be trusted depending who created them. If it was a evil vampire and bad vampire, the turn vamp would be bad too. If it was a good vamp then they teach them to act as human."

"Nancy did everything to make sure that she could keep the good ones safe from the bad ones. She then found out that some good ones were with bad creators that torture them." Julia looked toward us but no one seem to notice, no one but Roku and her close friends. "She moved to the middle of the woods with the rest of the Kanno Clan to build a house in the middle of the woods. Soon they made a whole town hidden in the middle of the woods, soon other hunter families came in to help build this town. A year later, Eclipse Hollows were born."

"Half breeds started to move in first." Caiden was next. "My family was actually one of the first to move in. They were happy to find a place where we wouldn't be judged and could bring future kids like me into a place without being bully. Soon it was vampires too. But not just any vampires, they had to always got through Nancy first, if she didn't like something about them, they weren't allow in. She would make sure if they didn't leave, they would be burn to death, she wasn't afraid to put them where they belong, just like Roku's parents are like. Nancy wanted only good in this town, but that didn't stop the bad ones from finding us."

"On day, Nancy was out in this very feild, just relaxing and joying the sun. She was really happy about what was going on here, that humans, vampires and half breeds could live together without a issue going wrong. She had the best dream come true, she was a lot like Roku. We even tease Roku that she is Nancy because that's how it is. Though a vampire came to her one day. Told her that he wanted her has his. Nancy was gifted, she was able to fight better then anyone, she could sense things better even if someone tired to hide it." Lydia sighed and I could see this going down a dark path. "But that Vampire didn't just want her, he wanted to turn her, use her for evil and Nancy didn't even pick up on it."

"My grandma died that day, but before she did, she curse the town, putting a spell over it. It's not a bad curse but it's to send everyone a warning that not everyone is what they seem to be. My grandma didn't know that vampire would have drain her dry, she didn't know that he would turn her into a vamp, she didn't know he would use her to kill people within the dream she bad. Everyone lost family members from that time. It took her own son to kill her. So she wouldn't destory the very place she made. The reason why there is so many eclipse is because it's a sign of how many people she killed before her son, gave her the wish she wanted because she begged for death. The reason we all can live here in place because she protects the land. The whole town is own by my family but you don't see us making rules. Though my grandma wasn't the only one to disappear because of her powers she had around here. Other did too and the last one to go missing and was killed was Jamie and Nick's daughter. She was just like my grandma and a vampire broke into their house and kidnapped her, and turn her, but Jamie wouldn't allow it, they knew they had to kill their daughter, when they wouldn't stop fight, the vamp tried to kill them but they were save and turn into vampires showing the Kanno's that we can't protect everyone. They then killed Jamie's daughter." Roku looked down.

"Another things about this town is it's has a safe feeling to it, it's because Nancy's spirit lives on, she watched over all of us. See she took her own life really, she didn't want to be used by a vampire so she begged her son, when he wouldn't do it at first, she took his ands and pulled the trigger, killed herself with his gun." Caiden looked to the skys. "I wish I could have met her, we all really do because if it wasn't for her we weren't all be sitting here now. She's watching over us from up there and as soon as we watched into this feild, she was here watching over us." I was in shock and I know the others were too on what we just found out about the story.

"She more then watches over us Caiden." Roku just seem to zone out for a bit. I could see Chris looking at her trying to read her but he couldn't. Jinxx seem to be into Alice too much, they were the first ones to go back to their tent. Soon more and more followed them back to the tents until it was just me, Roku and Julia at the fire yet. Everyone else wanted to go to bed. I was shock that CC didn't want to stay up with us.

"God, Roku, you fucking smell like a vampire." Julia just laughed and Roku was blushing. "Andy, it's a good thing that only vampires can pick up our smells or Chris would be dead right now." Julia just laughed more, she was keeping her voice down.

"Can I ask what you meant by she does more then watches over us?" I just looked at both girls and now they were staring at me.

"Andy, there is a reason why I save you five back in LA, why I told you to turn CC. See that vampire that killed Nancy was her soul mate. He use to be a good vampire, but hunters got to him before she could build this town. They tortured him and after a while, this group found him and teach him how to get back at all hunters. What he didn't know that he killed his soul mate and when he did he died with her. Their spirits are around here yet. Eclipse Hollows has a lot of hidden secrets. We know that people are going messing because the spirtis tell us." I was shocked by what Julia told me.

"She could be here right now, or him. He realized that he killed the very hunter that was to be his lover, he ended up dying after she blow her head off with her son's gun. He regreted it and it was too late so he went after the kid, because he was mad that his mom forced him to kill her, he killed the vampire too withouth a thought in the world. I'm not the only want that is meant to be with a vampire but because of what happen to her and others like me. Jamie and Nick's daughter, had a mate too that was a vampire, but they killed him and went after her, turned her parents after they took her." She sighs a bit.

"Do you worry that something will happening to you?" I just had to ask and they both looked up at me.

"That's why I let you all live, even though that was 50 years ago, I sense Chris having a strong connection to the Kanno's, I just didn't know which child. It wasn't until Roku was born that I found out. When you killed Chris's girlfriend was the day Roku's bond to him started, though because you fucked up his mind by doing that, he didn't notice until the day he went out to hunter and picked up on Roku's sense. I know he was out to kill her, he was blind with hurt because of what you did back in LA to him. But because that other vampire just happen to show up, to hurt Roku, do what they did to Nancy, what they did to Jamie's daughter. Roku was in the same fate as them. Chris stopped that guy and then sat down to play with Roku. He did it because his bond kicked in and he felt the need to stay with her until he was told other wise. What you did to Chris would have really fucked with him if he would have decided not to stick with you. Because he stay with you and you guys are here, Roku won't end up like that. Though Vincent is a problem right now." Julia just sighed and looked at Roku.

"Shit, so they know more then they let you think, they know a lot about this town then?" I was finding out more and more about things here and didn't like it one bit. "So you kept us all alive because you needed vampires that still had a good mind set because of what happen to them? What happen to us?"

"That's not true, my parents do know about the bond that connects Chris and I, it's just they don't want to agree that Chris has been teach well. They still don't trust you all but Jamie and Nick been talking to them when you guys been busy with school or hanging out with us. You have to understand Andy, there is so much you don't know. Juila family might have been order to go kill every vampire in LA, but she was also send their by my parents to bring back the good vampires. Sadly you five were the only ones worth saving and if you didn't kill Liz, she would have got you all killed." Roku got up and yawn a bit. "Now you know the story of Eclipse Hollow. You know the secerts of it too, my family is in full control alive and dead. We watch over everything and like me there is gifted hunters that can help for the better. I don't want to fate for myself that other fall. Julia was to bring you all back here, the question is now. Will you stay now that you know that what awaits us could be pain and death as long as Vincent is here with his group? Will you fight or run? Think about it, you're part of the town now, why you think you all sign in blood?" I was shocked by her words.

"Signing in blood seals us into this town, you are protected and that's why you can tour the world. We did this for you and your friends because you still try to live like humans, even though you damn well know you're vampires. But no other hunters can touch you anymore, they can't lock you up or anything. You are protected by the spirits of Nancy and Aaron. Two lovers that were turned against each other." She walked over to me and whisper in my ear. "There is one more thing, people like Roku, if ever turn can kill a vampire by ripping out their heart. It's what happen to Nancy, something that is hidden from Roku so she would never ask to be turn. But she would be the best hunter in the world if she was a vampire, she could hunt down anyone human or creature and kill them with just a twist of her wrist. So if you ever let Chris bite her, I will fucking kill you if it's not a last minute thing." Her voice was deadly and I could feel her with a stake at my chest, it was press against where my heart was and just caused me to freeze in place. I was afraid to move really.

"What do you mean a last minute thing?" I try to pull away but she wouldn't let me. She had my shirt held tight in her hand, actually pulling me against the stake that I could feel it ready to break through, I didn't like this feeling and was trying to keep my calm so the girls didn't pick up on this.

"Meaning, he can only turn her if she's dying and even then he would need your help because you don't give him enough free will to make mistakes. You let him make one and teach him a lesson with that. But her blood to him is like the most best thing in the world, if he wants to help her if it comes to her dying, he won't be able to stop himself, you would have to put that order for him to stop. I know how you and Ashley are with Cambria and Chloe. Protect them, both of you because they are the two people other then Chris and Roku's family and little Caiden that are really close to her. I swear Andy, yet again, it's time to prove where you stand in this world and remember, you fail and I will kill you. I saved you all, I can take you all out." She pulled the stake away from me and went to the tent of her and Lydia. I was shaking a bit, she really creep me out because I knew she meant what she said, if I would have talked back, she would have shoved the stake into my chest without a thought. I would have died right here, tonight.
I got up and walked into the tent, only to be met by Chris and Ashley looking at me. I sighed, "So I take it you both heard all that?"

"Yeah more then enough, she really scares you." Chris just looks at me and I nodded.

"She means her words, when she said she will kill all of us, she means it." I just lay down and close my eyes. "Get some sleep guys, we have a busy day tomorrow I have a feeling it's going to be nothing by us going into the woods and having fun." I laughed a bit.

"That don't sound like fun...." I hear they both lay down and sigh. "Though I want to talk to Chloe alone tomorrow. I need to tell her something." I know Ashley and Chloe been a thing, they just been keeping it quiet for now. He was also going to tell her about Kina. The one girl that got the best of him in LA.

"Just be careful out there. We are mostly likely going hiking tomorrow. Vincent and them would be lurking you know. So don't say anything about tonight of the stories." I fell asleep after that.

A/N: So since I don't have a chapter with Ashley yet so that is going to be my next chapter and hearing his side of a story on what happen to him, he don't really talk about what happen but yeah. It's not any better then what happen with the other three so far, Andy's story is last.
