#FanficAuthorProblems

#1

Let's start off with one of the biggest writing problems of all time.

Wait for it...

WRITER'S BLOCK. *Dun dun dunnnn* (and no, not Josh Dun, so don't even say it).

Writer's block is the STD of writing, except it's not sexually transmitted. It could be though. Have sex with another writer and see if you end up with writer's block afterwards, then report back to me.

It's in the terms and conditions of writing any fanfic or novel. "If you agree with the terms and conditions, you shall be subject to writer's block at any time." OH YEAH, SIGN ME RIGHT THE FUCK UP.

Once you acquire this dreaded writer's block, you become handicapped in a way. You could read and write everything else, except the fanfic you actually need to write because your subscribers are screaming at you to do so (we'll get into that one later).

You sit at the keyboard on the document not able to even put down a word, and if you do, you delete it seconds later. Then the tears roll down your face and you begin to think about ditching your masterpiece. It's such a struggle.

If the writer's block happens to be a severe case or it's terminal writer's block, your little precious fanfic might just become an orphan. Its guide abandoned it and that is a huge no-no.

There really needs to be a cure for writer's block. I'm sure there is, but I haven't found one yet. Have you? What's your cure? You could be helping an author who is suffering right now by sharing (by that author, I mean myself...just kidding, it's probably someone else).

Thinking of original ideas.
One of the biggest hardships I've faced in the 2 years I've been writing.
