Andy was standing outside the girls restroom waiting for Skylar to come out. She was having to go a lot more often now that the baby was getting bigger. They could no longer hide the fact that she was pregnant. Skylar was getting self conscious about it because the jocks kept calling her fat.


The door opened and Skylar came out. He smiled and reached for her hand as they made their way to the cafeteria. Andy stayed by her side as she got her lunch and they made their way to their table. Almost as soon as they set down a group of jocks came over.

"I don't think you need all that food. You're fat enough as it is." one of them said as the others laughed.

Skylar clenched her jaw and ignored them. Andy looked up at them and tried to control his anger. "She's pregnant not fat, you idiot."
"My mistake. I guess that's what happens when you're a whore."

Before Andy could respond, a voice spoke up from the table next to theirs. "Says the guy whose girlfriend has slept with over half the school."

Andy turned his head to see a boy with long black hair looking over at them. He had never seen him before. He must have been new.

"Stay out of this, emo fag."
"Oh yeah, that's original. Never heard that one before." He said sarcastically. "Here's an idea, why don't you pick up a dictionary and get some new insults. Maybe then they might have an effect. But then again, can you even read?"

The jock's face turned red as his friends snickered. "Your ass is mine after school." he said.
"I'm sorry, I'm not into guys. I like the ladies."

Again the jock's friends laughed. Instead of replying, he turned and stormed off.
"Thanks." Skylar said as she turned toward him.
"No problem. Anything for a pretty lady." He said smiling. He turned toward Andy. "Sorry, dude, I'm not trying to flirt, just stating a fact. I'm Ashley, by the way, but you can call me Ash."
"I'm Andy and this is my girlfriend Skylar."

They spent the rest of lunch talking to Ash. He was a bit flirty with Skylar, but it didn't bother Andy. He knew Skylar was his and only his. As the day went on, Andy discovered that Ashley pretty much flirted with every girl.

At the end of the day, Skylar and Andy walked out of the building and headed toward the parking lot. They threw their stuff into the back seat of Skylar's car, which she had just gotten back from the shop. As they were about to get in and leave, Andy noticed Ashley across the lot surrounded by the jocks from earlier.

"Skylar, wait here." He said as he turned and headed toward them. Ash turned toward him as he reached them.

"Is there a problem here?" He said coming to stand beside Ashley.
"This doesn't concern you so get lost. Mind your own business."
"I just made this my business. You've been harassing Skylar for weeks and now you're fucking with one of my friends. I suggest you leave before I really get pissed off."
"Have it your way."

He tried to swing at him, but Andy was quicker. He caught his fist and twisted. There was a sickening snap as his wrist broke. He cried out in pain as he fell to his knees.
"You mother fucker, you broke my wrist."
"I'll do a lot worse, if you don't leave."
"He did warn you." Ashley said speaking for the first time.

The others in the group hadn't moved or said a word the whole time, which was why Andy was surprised when one of them pulled a knife and ran toward him. Being caught off guard, the knife went straight into his stomach. Andy looked down at the knife sticking out of his stomach. Ashley's eyes widened and the others froze. They all sat shocked as Andy calmly pulled the knife out.
"That was not very nice." He said looking at the one who had stabbed him.
"What the fuck?" He yelled. "How are you still standing?"
"Try something like that again and you'll find out."
"What the fuck are you?"
"I'm someone you don't want to fuck with. Now, for the last time, leave."
"This isn't over." The leader of the group said as he stood up.

They turned and left. Andy turned to Ashley. He stood looking at Andy with a shocked expression. He quickly regain his composure.
"You're not human, are you?" He asked rather calmly.
Andy sighed. "No."
"So, what are you and how come I didn't notice this before?"
"Wait, what?"
Now it was Ashley's turn to sigh. "I'm an incubus. Usually I can detect other creatures easily. I can also block them from detecting me, which is why you didn't notice."
"Well, that explains all the flirting you do. I'm a half vampire half demon. The demon part is a recent thing though."
"What do you mean?"
"It's a long story."
"I've got time."
"Alright, but can we talk about this somewhere else?"
"Yeah, ok. let's go."

They went back to the car where Skylar was still waiting. They got in the car and drove home. As they drove home, he tried to explain what was happening. Skylar was worried, he could feel it. In truth he was worried to. There were now a lot of jocks who knew he was different. They didn't know how, but they knew. That made them loosed ends and loose ends were dangerous.

I'm sorry it's been a while guys. I lost internet for a little while. I'm going to be posting more soon. I have so many ideas for this story and I can't wait to see your reactions to them. I hope you like that I added Ashley and yes the others will be showing up too.
