Mystical Murder

This is it. Graduation day. Also my last day in Pennsylvania. I'll admit, not only am I nervous about graduation, I'm nervous about leaving the state. I've never been outside the state before. I looked at myself in the mirror as I put on my cap and gown. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before leaving the bathroom. I made my way down the stairs to see Jinxx.

"There you are." He smiled. "C'mon. We better get going so you're not late."

I made my way to the car and took one last look at the house. It's been my home for three months. Jinxx finally got in the car, carrying a small box. He threw it into a box in the back seat.

"That better not be stuff from The Mystic." I told him.

"Well," I smacked his arm. "Its only the sewing kit. I swear. We might need that one day."

"And where's the other stuff?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Buried in the back yard. But don't worry. I burried it ten feet under. It should be fine."

"Fine."

We pulled out of the driveway one last time. We made it ro the building where graduation was taking place. We finally found a parking spot in the crowded parking lot and made our way inside. We stopped in front of the door where my class was to meet.

"I'll see you soon Kaylee." He leaned down and kissed me. "I love you." He smiled.

"I love you too." I leaned up and kissed his cheek before parting ways.

We were finally escorted to the gymnasium where the ceremony itself was taking place. The headministers made a speech, than one of the valedictorians made their speech. We finally stood up to recieve our diplomas. After what felt like forever, my name was finally called.

"Kailee William."

I made my way up the stairs to the stage and shook hands with all five headministers. I was handed my diploma and I sat back down in my seat. One final speech was made by the top headminister before the waited words were said.

"Congratulations to the class of 2016."

Everyone took off their caps and threw them into the air. I'm done. I'm finally done with school forever. i grabbed my cap and diploma and ran outside. When I spotted him, I ran straight to his arms. I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist as I kissed him.

"You did it!" He smiled.
"Mhmm!"

"You ready to get out of this place?"

"Let's go." I nodded my head.
