Dead and Broken

He pushed my wet hair out of my face, "What's your name?" It was like he was studying me. "Emma.." I answered him back."What;s yours?" He hesitated, almost. "Andy." He give me this heart stopping half-smile. "So how did you wind up here?" he asked me, smiling. "I...I was coming home from...a bookstore." He gave me a look. The look. He knew I was lying. He didnt say anything though. One of the other guys bumped into my foot. I screamed in pain. "What's wrong?" Andy was instantly concerned. "Oh shit, Andy her foot looks bad." One of the other guys had turned on his phone and shone it at my foot, "Whatchya got Ashley?" Andy said. "Looks like broken beer bottle glass, all in her foot. It's bad Andy." Andy looked at me. "Do you need to go to a hospital?" I openede my mouth to answer, no I'll be fine, when Ashlet cut me off. "There's no way you're not going to a hospital Em. You're going." I sighed. Andy smiled at me. "Can you stand up?" I nodded. I used his hands for leverage, and i pushed myself up. I was instantly dizzy. Not eating and alot of running is a terrible idea. And then....I fainted.
I woke up in a hospital bed. 2 IVs, stiches, and a killer headache. I sat up to gather my bearings. Andy was asleep on the couch against the wall. Ashley was sitting in the floor beside the couch with one of the others. The other two were sleeping in chairs. I glanced over again at Andy. He's so fucking beautiful. Ashley saw that I was awake, and he smiled at me. "You're up." I smiled back at him. I asked him what happened. "Well, when you stood up, you fainted. Which was scary considering it was dark and we hardly knew you. Andy carried you back to the bus, and we took you to the nearest hospital. He didnt let go of you that whole time. Our tour manager told us we could stay with you. And so here we are!" He gave me the biggest smile. Andy carried me...he didn't let go...he stayed. "Oh, and by the way," he nudged the guy next to him. "this is CC, and over there, is Jinxx and Jake." I nodded. I waved at CC and the other two. "How ya doin trooper?" CC smiled at me. "My head hurts, and my foot is numb." He came over and gave me a hug. When he sat back down, Andy jerked awake. He looked around scared, unaware of his surroundings, and then he saw me.
