I heard the piercing sound of the alarm. I moaned and rolled over. Andy laughed at my protests of waking up, and he rubbed my back, then got up to go shower. I wrapped myself completely in the sheets and blankets, and I tried so hard to go back to sleep. Andy and I are going to the beach today. Together, and we'll finally get some real alone time. As soon as I dozed back off, I heard Andy come back into our bedroom. he chuckled and threw a pillow at me. "Wake up sleepy head we're going to the beach." I growled at him and put a pillow over my head. He walked into the closet, and I heard him getting dressed. "Babe, do you want to shower before we go?" he sat on the bed and rubbed my back. I nodded my head and started to sit up. He scooped me up in his arms, and he walked me over to the bathroom. He sat me on the counter, and walked over to the shower, and turned on the water. He helped me get undressed, and then he brushed out my hair. He kissed my cheek, and pu me in the shower. "Just yell if you need me love." and then he left. I let the warm water roll down my body and through my hair. I let the steam relax all of my muscles, and i stretched. I quickly washed up, making sure to get my hair well. I turned off the water, and stepped out. He had set a warm thick white towel out for me. I grabbed it, and dried off while wrappng myself. I brushed out my hair, and walked out. I went into the bedroom, to find nothing there but a t-shirt, underclothes, and leggings, and boots. I put them on, and then I tied my hair into a bun. I grabbed my phone and charger, along with my headphones, and walked into the den. Andy walked back in the front door, wearing a tshirt, sweats, and a parka. He haded me mine, and gave me a hug. "Good morning beautiful." and he kissed the top of my head. "Good morning." and I kissed him on the cheek. "You ready to go?" I nodded, and slid on my parka. He zipped it up for me, and we walked outside, with his arm around my shoulders. He opened my door for me, and I slid into the warm seat. I sighed, buckled my seat belt, and curled up. He got in, and giggled at me. "Sleepy love?" he rubbed my leg. "Mhmm.." and I could already feel myself dozing off. "Don't worry love, you can rest." I put my ear buds in, and drifted off to sleep, holding Andy's hand.


I woke up about two hours later, to the smell of coffee, and cigarette smoke. I sat up, and looked around. Andy bought coffee...I looked over in the drivers side and saw Andy smoking a cigarette, with his back to the car. I smiled, and grabbed a cup. Yessss Starbucks<3 I looked at my cup, and saw that he had written something in a black sharpie


"Good Morning sleepy head. I love you and I got your favorite coffee for you, so when you woke up, you can have it. I love you gorgeous
~<3 Andy"

I sipped my cofffe. Mocha, Hazelnut, and Caramel, just the way I love it. I'm so glad its hot too. Andy turned around, and saw that I was awake, and his face instantly lit up. He threw his cigarette butt dwn, and he jumped into the car and kissed me. "Hi." And He smiled so brightly. He tasted of black coffee and cigarettes. "How much farther are we?" "About two hours love." I sighed..."You want me to drive for a little while?" He shook his head, and kissed my cheek. "No baby, let me." "Alright love..." We sat for a little while longer, and finished our coffee. He got out to throw away our cups. I pushed back my bracelets, and looked at the cuts I had made not 12 hours ago. They're still bleeding badly..this is scary. But I can't let Andy find out. He'll be so disappointed in me. I rubbed the inside of the sleeve of my parka on them to help with the bleeding. Andy opened the door and I quickly jerked my sleeve down, and kept my eyes on the floorboards. "Alright, Emma you ready?" I nodded my head. He rubbed my back and kissed my cheek. "Then off we go." He smiled, and took my hand, and we drove towards the breaking dawn.
