Soaring Bird

"Can we talk about what happened?" Amy asks for the hundreth time that day.
"Nothing to talk about, gtg" is all Chantel says
Chantel came home last night after Allen and Eric picked her up. Eric was bummed his night was being slowed down by her, but Allen was more concerned with how she was feeling. She assured him she was fine and to have an amazing night and she would see them tomorrow. She came inside to a shocked mother and father, but said she was tired and escaped to her room where she cried until there was nothing left. She realize she can not be to pissed off at Amy, they have joked about fooling around eventually but she just wasn't ready. "I'm a senior in high school for fuck's sake, and I know I can't get pregnant with Amy, but that is something so pure and innocent about myself and I just don't want to give it up just yet. I love Amy yes, but is she the one?" she had asked herself that last part all night long
"Go where? Are you not coming to the park today?"
"Shit, shes going." Chantel thinks, "oh well l'll talk to her there then, but not over text." She get ready for the park in comfortable shorts and a tank with sneakers. Not her first shoe choice but considering they will be walking around all day and getting on coasters she want comfy footwear.
"Chantel! Allen is here!" Neveah shouts up to her daughter
"Coming!"
Chantel grabs her wallet, ticket, and house keys before running down the stairs to meet her best friend in the whole world.
"You ready to scream!" Allen shouts
"Well it seems you're already getting a head start on it."
They laugh as she hugs her parents goodbye and they get in the car to pick up Eric and head to the park.

"For fucks sake will you please talk to me!" Amy shouts while waiting in line for the first ride of he day
"Could you keep your voice down? Other people are present, and children." Allen states
"Stay out of it! Chantel, I'm sorry okay! I'm sorry I want more than you do, I'm sorry I apparently don't listen, but for the love of whatever God is above say something to me!"
Chantel was losing patience and fast. She took a deep breath and said nothing. She was not having this discussion in a theme park. They were next in line and she threw a pleading look at Allen who took the seat next to her forcing Amy and Eric to sit together.
"You can't ignore her all day," Allen whispers in her ear, "you know she'll make a scene."
"I am not having this fucking conversation with her right now. Today and last night is and was supposed to be fun. Last night was partially ruined, I'm not letting her ruin today." She whispers back as the coaster takes off and they scream with laughter and fun.
The next ride was simple to get on, and nobody shared seats. Chantel took a seat next to a little girl, Allen next to her, Eric next to him, and Amy forced to sit three seats over. Chantel smiled as her plan of ignoring the conversation was working, but after the ride her plan was shattered. Amy grabbed her and drug her into a bathroom where Allen couldn't save her. Amy opened a stall and forced both of them to stand in it, her by the door.
"Speak to me, I'm not moving until you do."
"What do you want me to say? That it's all good, that last night didn't give me major anxiety and scare the living hell out of me! I kept trying to tell you at the dance I didn't want to do it but you kept cutting me off and forced me to leave early. I wanted to stay! I wanted to dance, to go out with the guys for food after. But no, I didn't have a say because you just fucking assumed I was okay with giving you the most precious part of me I have to offer! I AM NOT FUCKING READY! OKAY!?" Chantel screams
"Fucking finally, there it is! Why didn't you just scream at me last night?"
"Let me go. Now." Chantel ordered
Amy didn't move, instead she grabbed Chantels face and kissed her hard. Chantel pushed her away and crawled under the stall to get out. She had to push past Amy again to get out of the bathroom but when she was free she found Allen on a bench waiting for her.
"Chantel!"
"We need a break!" Chantel screams
