I sighed looking out into the darkness. Darren walked in, his teeth sharp, eyes glowing. "Hello there love birds. Enjoying being in arms reach?" He said, sitting beside the cages. Rosie stared at him, and sighed. "Oh wait yeah, I forgot about that, it's gone to the next stage.." He taunted, and she shot daggers at him with her eyes. If looks could kill, he'd be stone dead. "What do you mean?" I asked, and he grinned at me. "Well, since you marked her, her powers become under your demand. She can only turn full vampire when you say so. And seeing as you don't know how to do that your both stuck." He said, laughing. I stared, and looked at her. She mouthed 'I'm sorry' at me, and I sighed. "Well then...that's it isn't it." I said, looking down, but giving Rosie a slight wink. She blinked at me a few times, and I shut my eyes. I kept repeating in my head that she needed to turn, she needed her powers. I looked up and she was grinning from ear to ear as Darren walked out laughing.

"You sexy fucker." She said, turning her eyes red and letting her fangs grow. There was a sudden snap, and the chains from behind her came off, letting her free. She crawled over to me, and I crawled over to her, pressing my lips to hers. "I love you so fucking much Rosie." I whispered against her lips, and she gently bit my bottom lip, making me moan slightly. We pulled away, and she winked at me, before biting the bars so hard they snapped. Within minutes she was out, and working on my bars. Suddenly Darren came back in, and yelled, grabbing her and throwing her across the room. She got up and snarled at him. I watched the fight break out in front of me, and I pulled on the bars she had snapped, trying to get out.

I finally got out, and ran over to the table where he had put my belt earlier. I fumbled about with it, grabbing the gun and shooting it at Darren. He stared at me, grinning from ear to ear. I looked, and saw Rosie fall to the floor. "Shit!" I said, shooting Darren and watching him fall to the floor, then ran to Rosie. "Oh my God Rosie I'm so sorry I was aiming for him."
"It's fine..I know you didn't mean it." She said, and I looked at her chest. I had shot her straight in the heart, and she was bleeding heavily. "I'm so sorry. You'll be fine sweetie I promise you."
"It's fine...I've lived to long anyway."
"No, don't you dare say that." I said, feeling tears spill down my cheeks. "No I have. I've been alive for hundreds of years, I'm just glad that I met you." She said, smiling up at me. Her eyes and teeth had gone normal now, and she still looked as beautiful as the day I met her.

"I love you Rosie you cant leave me, not now. You mean the world to me, what am I going to do if you go?"
"Find someone new. Someone special, Don't dwell over me."
"But I don't want anyone else I want you."
"Well you'll always have me, you always have and always will." She said, coughing slightly. "No no no, there has to be a loop hole in this shit, there always is, please tell me."
"There is no loop hole. I'm bound to you, you control me, and you were meant to kill me, that's how it was meant to go." She said, putting her hand in mine. "But what you can do is stay here with me until I go. Please." She said, and I nodded, kissing her lightly. "I will baby, I'll always be here." I said, letting more tears fall. "Andy..."
"Yeah baby?"
"I'm scared..." She whispered, beginning to cry. "It's ok sweet heart. Your going to be ok. I promise you, you'll be fine. Nothing's going to hurt you anymore." I whispered, and she looked up at me.

It suddenly clicked. I was in control of her. I could tell her what to do. I controlled her. It wasn't a curse, it was a blessing. The whole marking thing, was connecting those who loved each other, so that nothing bad would happen, they could stay together forever. "Rosie..."
"yeah?"
"You cannot die."
"what?" She said, looking at me confused. "I said you cannot die." I said, and I looked at her chest that was slowly healing. She sat up, and smiled at me. "Once again. You sexy fucker." She said, jumping on me and kissing me slowly.

This was love. Love saves you from the worst thing, and all this time, someone loves you, and they will protect you. She was mine, and I was hers, nothing would change that, not anything. She was my future, and I would never change that for the world, not ever.
