Dark Past part 2
*Jasmine's POV*
Today was court and i was scarred, i probaly am going to have to stay in that hell hole. This was going to end bad, i can feel it in my gut. I walked in the court room and they had me sit at the bench. "Miss Bonomolo, who would you like to be your guardian?" asked the judge, she looked about 50 and she was white. "I would prefur Amanda, to be truthful my parents abuse me and cause me disfunction, i am scared to live with them any longer." i said making zero eye contact with anyone but the judge. "Do you have any marks or bruses?" i showed her all the cuts and marks on my body from my mom. "She is a drunk your honor. She comes home drunk and yells at me then she even beat me till i black out." i felt warm tears sstreaming down my face, i wiped them with my black sleave. The judge looked at me and turned to my mom "Ms.witch is this true?" (Yes her last name actualy was Witch) "Your honor, those cuts are from her self she does that, and those brusies must be from kids at school." the judge could tell she was lying, she dismissed me from the court room.
*1 hour later*
Amanda came out and hugged me, my mom hissed "I want your shit out by tomarrow!" i assumed that Amanda had got granted my gaurdian. I hugged her tighter "I love you so much, you are my saviour." i cried tears of joy. "Yeah that witch bitch is getting investigated!" i was so happy my pain would finnaly be gone and i could live in peace with my sister. "You ready to come home?" i grabed her hand and walked out of the court house. I saw my mom in her car staring at us, she was looking mostly at me. I felt a surge of fear run up my spin.
