Adoption Day Bull Shit
Why is it that all adoption fics have Adoption Day? Like that just fucking sounds weird. Are you telling me there's only ONE DAY A MONTH PEOPLE CAN BUY CHILDREN LIKE SKY TO HATE/FALL IN LOVE WITH?
My best friend was adopted from an orphanage in a foreign country and I've NEVER heard her talk about "adoption day" (now she does remember when potential parents would come in and all the kids would get excited but otherwise, no). My ex room mate was in the foster system and never talks about "adoption day". My grandparents bought/ fostered their children and I've never heard Gramma talk about "adoption day".
Adoption Day isn't fucking real. Realism is what makes fics great (in my opinion) so if you're gonna fall for this bull shit, then you're just gonna have a bull shit fic. And you don't want a bull shit fic, right? (Maybe, I mean that seems to be what gets the most views around here)

Chapter 61: I give serious props to a fanfic on here where the OC protagonist, like the rest of us, has a not-good to okay singing voice. Personally, I wouldn't sing in front of the Brides unless *thier* lives depended on it... I'm too afraid I'd ruin thier ability to create music!
