Twisted
Author's Note
Alrighty guys, so my parents have been telling me that since I write so much (even if they're just short little snip bits) that they seriously want me to think about writing a book and trying to get it published. Yeah, I'm 13 turning 14 in March. I keep putting it off because I have a really bad habit of going from past tense to present tense and I don't like to re read my work. One reason because I already know what's happened in the story and two, I can't see where I used something wrong or whatever. Also, I can't make things flow if I wait too long (that's why that chapters usually take place in different areas/time sequences). Seriously though, I don't even know what to write about. The only thing I know how to write is about depression and all the stuff that comes with it and my parents don't know about that; I'd like to keep it that way.
So, anyways, I'm going to be trying to work on a piece of writing which I think is going to be about a psychopathic killer, but it's going to go back and forth between a few POVs, like Rick Riordan's books (if you've read them). I really have no idea what to write about because one of my favorite authors, Stephen King said that to him a plot line is something that you can remember without a problem; you can become the characters, think what they think, and do what they do. Yet again, I'm only 13 and I'm not a criminal, at least I don't think so. If you guys have any ideas about what you like to read, COMMENT DOWN BELOW. PLEASE.
Also, sorry about my lack of updates, school's been hectic and I think the guy I like is going to ask me out. I have a doctors appointment soon for my anxiety and stress, so I'm stressed out about that. Also, with trying to pick up a plot line for my story, I won't be able to update if I take this book seriously. So, if I disappear, I'm sorry.
If you guys are considering writing a book for your own, the website/blog I'm using is very helpful and literally walks you step by step into writing a novel, finding your plot line, making a good first line/paragraph etc. I will put the link in the notes c:
