Prologue
The rest of the Russian tour continued without disaster and I’d refused to sleep. I literally tried to stay awake for a week, but I found myself fast asleep on the plane to Mexico.
Nobody bothered trying to wake me up; I think they started to cherish the peacefulness of when I finally passed out.
When we landed I decided to start celebrating my birthday week. We had a lot of tequila shots in a hot tub one night and I almost started to feel normal again. I still couldn’t stand to look at the time after midnight, and I didn’t go to sleep until the sun rose every morning. I made sure somebody from the tour stayed in my room with me to wake me up from the frequent nightmares.
When the tour ended and I finally made it home, life became all about catching up with friends I hadn’t seen in months, gaming, and playing wingman for a couple of buddies.
I ask myself, why does always something happens to them in the first part and why does CC always wake ups o often in a room on the first Floor?
