Ugh just another day in the orphange. I hate it here. I curl up on my bed, reading the newest book I'd gotten my hands on. Jame Patterson's The Witch and the Wizard.
I concentrated. Funny thing about concentration--- you don't realize how little you do it until you finally do it. Fact is, I don't think I'd ever truly concentrated on anything until that moment with the very big lion in the very small room.
"Hey what's your name?" A woman's voice draws me from my book. I lift my sparkling hazel eyes up from my book and manage a small smile.
"Montana, what's yours?" I ask and she smiles.
"Sammi Doll, and this is Jinxx." I smile more before setting my book down. Ugh, it was just getting good.
"Would you like to be our adoptee?" Jinxx chuckles shyly and my heart catches in my throat. I look up at him, would they understand? Something tells me they might...
"Sure... just... I'll warn you now, I'm not the most stable person in the world." I laugh slightly, rubbing the back of my neck nervously.
"Well you're family now, and that's all that matters." Sammi says pulling me into a hug. I smile before standing up, both Jinxx and Sammi look at each other.
"Ashley." they grumble together. I cock my head and Sammi smiles at me.
"Oh its fine, just our friend. He's well... kinda a manwhore." Sammi chuckles and I nod.
"I'm gonna fill out the paper work and shit... so be back." Jinxx says and Sammi storms my closet. She tosses me this:http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=83963277
I change and Sammi smiles at me before shoving the rest of my clothes in my suitcase.
"Are you ready Montana to go meet your other family... Jinxx's band." Sammi smiles at my expression as I nod. I toss my sketch book in the bag before following her out. Jinxx is waiting at their car for us. I toss my stuff in the back before climbing in. Sammi takes her place next to Jinxx then smiles back at me.
"Lets go home." She says and I nod, before fading into my own little world.
