Summary
Felicia Guerrero, an investigative reporter, is chasing down the dream of being a successful journalist. She toils endlessly to gain recognition and praise for the work that she does, never once thinking of the consequences. When a serial murderer begins leaving bodies across New York City, the population is baffled at the killer's ability to hide his trail. Felicia, however, has an inkling of evidence that she can't help but follow.
Ultimately, her inquisitiveness and curiosity will get her into more trouble than any success could outweigh. How long can she keep from being tacked onto the long list of victims this killer has taken? Will she come out of the situation sane enough to function?
"I decided, after much deliberation, that I would probably be dead within the week.
If I had known what was to come, I would’ve found a way to kill myself in that tub."
