Love Again

Crib Robber

(Still Andy's POV)

I knock on the door again and wait with crossed arms. When the door opens, I almost fall to my knees.

"Oh hey you." She says as she crosses her arms over her chest. She has her hair up in a bun and is only wearing a robe.

"Hey Belle, didn't expect to see you here." I say nervously as I scratch the back of my head.

"I kinda live here now, have since my mom passed away."

"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't even know."

"How could you know? You like never visit your folks anymore."

"That's because I live across the country, have a job, and a fiancé."

"Oh you have a fiancé, come in and share." She opens the door wider. I walk in and she shuts the door behind me. "I'm just gonna get dressed and we'll catch up. Feel free to grab a drink or something." She walks upstairs and I walk into the kitchen.

I'm surprised with how chill Belle's attitude is. I mean in 2014 she completed flipped after seeing me at the studio. But she's changed her views on me, she must have, which is fantastic. I know I can't win her back seeing we both have fiancées, but we can at least return to being friends again, maybe best friends even.

Belle's POV

I walk into the kitchen and Andy's sitting on the counter with a beer in his hand. I grab a juice box from the fridge and join Andy on the counter.

"You look beautiful." He says making me smile.

"Thanks." I say and take a sip of juice.

"So how's Denis and your daughter?"

"Denis is good, he's recording the vocals for their new album. And Jemma is with Ben, probably at the zoo by now. This is my first day to myself since I had Jemma."

"So what are your plans for today?"

"I was gonna make a picnic in the backyard and maybe read a book. Do you wanna join my midnight picnic?"

"Why at midnight?"

"Because it's gonna take me all day to make the perfect picnic."

"Well maybe I can help."

"That'd be great, thanks."

"Can I see a picture of Jemma?"

"Yeah." I open my phone and show him Jemma as my wallpaper. "There."

"She's beautiful, just like her mother."

"So, tell me more about this fiancé of yours." I demand.

"She's actually right across the street if you want to meet her." He suggests.

"Sure... Why'd you even come over Biersack."

"Because my mom sent me on a mission to retrieve baby powder."

"Of course she sent you here. I want to meet the soon to be bride now."

I grab the baby powder and we both walk across the street. We walk into the living room and then I see her. What the fuck was Andy thinking? How old is this girl?

"Uh Ruby this is Belle she's my... Well she's my uh..." Andy says unsure.

"I'm his ex fiancé and best friend. It's nice to meet you, Andy a word?" I ask.

"Sure, let's talk upstairs." He says. We both walk upstairs to his old bedroom and as soon as he closes the door, I lose it.

"Andy how fucking old is she?" I ask.

"She's nineteen." He whispers.

"You are a crib robber! She is ten years younger than you, what the hell?"

"Stop criticizing my fiancé."

"I'm not criticizing her, I'm criticizing you. Why didn't you get back with Juliet or something?"

"Because I can never forgive Juliet for what she did."

"And what did Juliet do?"

"She took you out of my life."

"You're blaming Juliet now?"

"Yes because it's her fault!"

"No! It's your fault! You pushed me away and expected me to come back to you every time. Take some responsibility, you're pushing thirty, you're a grown ass man." And with that I walk downstairs. "Well this was a nice visit, but I have to go now."

"Oh Belle wait!" Amy says and I do. She walks up to me with a box in her hands. "Before I forget to give this to you tomorrow here, happy early birthday."

"Thank you Amy." I give her a hug and go home.
