TWO HALVES OF A FIERY HEART.

Andy was drifting in that in between place between dreams and awake. Lack of alertness gave him temporary relief from the pain of his injuries. Soft ticking touches rained along his upper right shoulder. Whisker like carresses ghosted along his sleeveless naked skin. Andy chuckled. Crow bear one of his two new kittens must have stolen into the bedroom again to wish his dad good-morning. Hold on! Wishes? Something clicked in Andy's sleep fogged mind. Those light pleasurable touches couldn't be Crow. Andy's favourite little buddy was miles away back at home in L.A.

The events of last night came crashing back like a bad hang-over. Instead of using the time to heal and recuperate Andy had found himself confronted with a rather delicious yet irritating Jinn calling him Master! Said Jinn was half leaning over his side and seemed to be examining each of his numerous tattoos, her hair falling to the side and fanned out across his shoulder. So all that gorgeous hair had been the source of the tickling sensations that had woken him up. If only other thing about Kalila were as soft, her sharp tongue for instance. Still she seemed content to explore his upper body for now. Andy was content to let her remain doing so. If only to keep the peace and quiet a little longer. Even Rock stars didn't like things full volume all the time. Risking opening one eye to look down at the female sharing his bed Andy watches as the Jinn lightly traces circles along the Joker tattoo on his right arm.

" You humans do have an odd habit of decorating your skin. Morning Master. "

Inching away, Andy's body immediately misses the physical contact as he pulls away from Kalila to look at the time on his phone. Good. Still early! He hadn't slept as late as he had thought. The pain from his damaged nose had eased up some what as well. At least some things were looking up. Jake had text during the night to let Andy know everyone had returned after the night out safely and to make sure he was O.k. Andy would be meeting up with the guys after a quick breakfast so didn't bother sending a reply just yet.

Ignoring how tempting Kalila looks laid on the bed Andy turns away and uses the hotels phone from the side to order room service. As an after-thought he asks Kalila if she wants some too. Surprisingly she would. Well how the fuck would he know if and what Jinn ate? He didn't have a first fucking clue about anything to do with them. Why did he ask? No idea. It just seemed like the proper thing to do.

" O.k food will be twenty minutes."

Andy relays the words the lady from room service promises him after he finishes placing his order.

" So Master I take it you have plans for today? It will be fun I'm sure."

Why did the thought of Kalila following him around all day fill Andy with equal parts excitement and dread? How was Kalila going to act around the band etc and how would Andy explain her sudden presence in his life for starters? So much could go wrong it was like a train wreak waiting to happen. Ground rules! There definitely needed to be some ground rules.

Half-way through breakfast there is a knock on the door. It's Ashley Black Veil Bride's Bassist otherwise known as simply Ash.

" Dude don't forget we are meeting the guys for a sound check in a little over an hour. You still sure your gonna be al-right to perform? "

Ash still thought Andy was nuts for going ahead with the gig but kept his opinions to himself. He knew how Bull-headed Andy could get. With the warning given Ash leaves, leaving Andy to the rest of his breakfast before Andy even has chance to open the door to reply to his face. Ashley must be on his way to give the same warning to the others. Well wonders never cease. Ash is usually one of the last ones to be up especially after a night out.

Pushing the left-overs of breakfast away Andy decides it's high time he moved his lazy ass. After a quick shower where the bathroom door is firmly locked with Kalila on the other side and a fresh change of clothes Andy is ready. Resigning himself to the prospect that the Jinn will be his shadow for the fore-seeable future Andy walks out the door, Kalila right behind him.

I've been very busy so this chapter took a little longer.

So why is Kalila so fascinated with Andy's tattoos? ( Can't say I blame her :) ) How will the band react when they finally meet the sassy Jinn? Five hot band members and a Jinn with a smart mouth on a cramped tour bus. What could possibly go wrong?
