Falling

Andy held me and stroked my hair.

"Blaise?" He said after an eternity.

I looked up to see his angelic face bathed in shimmering tears as he tilted my head up.

"Yes...." I whispered, tears still falling helplessly from my eyes.

"Did....did he do what I think he did?" He asked, he was still crying

I looked away. "Yes. He....he um.....he raped me." I said in a barely audible voice.

"Fuck. I hate him. I wish I could kill him. I seriously would right now. I would do anything to protect you Blaise you know that?" He replied.

I nuzzled into his chest breathing in his cologne and whispered,"I know. " Before falling into a heavy sleep.
