The Light In Your Eyes
Chapter 2
I ran home and walked up to my house. Before I could touch the door . It flew open and next thing I knew , I'm being pulled into my house. I was face to face with a very drunk yet pissed dad ."WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN ? DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS ?" He yelled getting closer. "I-I'm sorry , I lost track of time" I stuttered. All of a sudden , I felt a sting on my face and I noticed that he slapped me."It's time to teach you a lesson" He started punching me hard over and over again. "No , p-please stop ! I'm sorry." But he just kept hitting me. After what seemed forever , he finally stopped and spit on my face. "That's what you get you stupid bitch" And with that he walked off. I was curled up in the ball on the floor and started crying. After about an hour I got up. As I was walking upstairs , I felt a sharp pain in my back. I went into the bathroom and stood in front of the mirror. I saw bruises forming all over my face and body. I decided to take a shower to calm down. After my shower , I decided to go to bed. The last thing I thought about was Andy before I fell into a deep sleep.
*Andy's POV*
After I gave Crystal back her phone , I heard her say "Shit !" I looked at her confused and asked "What's wrong ?" She looked at me and said "I have to go , I didn't realize what time it was. It's past my curfew and my dad's going to kill me." And before I could say anything else , she ran away. I was really confused and I went to thinking. I was in my own little world until I heard the bar door opening. I saw a sober Jinxx pulling out a completely shit-faced Jake and CC. "Andy ? I thought you would be in the bar or on the bus by now" And before I could say anything , I saw Ashley coming out with some blonde. 'Of course' I thought to myself. I noticed that the boys were already half way to the bus , so I decided to go as well. When I got to the bus , I figured that Ashley was in his bunk with the blonde. I saw Jake and CC passed out on the floor and Jinxx was probably in his bunk asleep by now. I went to the bathroom and took a shower. After the shower , I stayed in my boxers and went to my bunk. I layed down on my back just thinking. I was remembering today with Crystal. I couldn't forget about her perfect face , her perfect body and just everything about her. The thing that caught my attention was her grey eyes. But when i looked into her eyes I could tell that someone or something had broken her. I wanted to figure it out. The last thing I thought about was Crystal before I fell into a deep sleep.
The next morning I was woken up by CC. "ANDY WAKE UP !!!!!" I groaned. How the hell is he so hyper this early in the morning ? "CC why are you so loud ? You're supposed to be with a hangover , considering how wasted you were last night" "Yeah but I drank like 3 cans of Monster and I'm ready for today , IT'S A FREE DAY TODAY !!!!" And with that he left to bother the others. I got up and took a shower. I put on a Misfits tank top , black skinny jeans and some shoes. I walked out into the living room to see Ashley saying bye to the blonde from last night and walking back to his bunk and the rest were eating. "Andy do you want breakfast ?" Jinxx asked. "No thanks , I'm just going to walk around for a little" I heard the guys all say 'Okay' as I left. I don't know where exactly I was going. Then I saw a Starbucks , I went inside and got some coffee and left.
I decided to go to the park across the street. As I was walking , I saw a bench and I sat down. I saw someone sitting down next to me but I didn't mind. I looked over and saw those familiar grey eyes. "Crystal ?" And she looked at me. I froze in shock as I saw her face all bruised up. "What happened ?" I was going to reach out to her , but she immediately stood up and started running away. I got up quickly and started running after her. I wasn't going to let her get away this time.
*Crystal's POV*
I woke up in pain. I wanted to leave the house so I got up and took a shower. When I was done , I looked into the mirror and saw that all the bruises got worse. I put on a black tank top , skinny jeans and shoes. I put on a sweater so I could cover up more. I didn't even bother doing my hair and I just went downstairs. I didn't see my dad anywhere , which was good. I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry. I went out and started walking. I didn't know where I was going but I ended up in the park. I was walking around the park and I decided to sit on a bench that I saw. I was just thinking when I felt someone else sit by me. I didn't even bother to look , until I heard my named being called. I looked over to the person sitting next to me and saw those familiar blue eyes. It was Andy.
I saw him look at my face and freeze up. He asked "What happened ?" And I saw him reaching out to touch my face. I stood up quickly because I couldn't let him touch me. I turned around and started running away. I don't know exactly where I was going but I wanted to get away from Andy. I was already embarrassed that he saw me like that. I turned around and saw that he was close behind me. I was getting tired but I kept running as fast as I could. I didn't hear anything behind me anymore and when I thought I lost him , I felt someone grab my arm and stop me. I turned around and saw Andy next to me. I was looking down and then I felt someone tilt my head up. I was staring into those gorgeous blue eyes. I saw him studying my face and he asked again "What happened to you Crystal , who did this to you ?" And with that I fell to the ground and broke down.
*Andy's POV*
