The Light In Your Eyes
Chapter 1
*Beep Beep* I hear the alarm go off and I groan. 'I don't want to get up.' I thought to myself , but then I stay still for a minute. *Silence* That's weird, normally I would hear my parents arguing downstairs. I ignored it and got up to get ready for another day in the hellhole I call school. I straightened my white hair and did my makeup and put on my SWS tank top with black skinny jeans and vans. I went downstairs and saw my dad passed out on the floor with beer bottles all around him. I went to the kitchen and saw a note , it read : Crystal , I'm sorry I couldn't be there enough for you but I decided to leave your dad. I will be living in another state so don't look for me. I'm sorry . -Love Mom . I can't believe she would leave me with a man that has abused me for all these years and raped me. I looked at the time and grabbed something to eat really quick and left. As I was walking to school , I put in my headphones and started listening to music. I got to school and went to my locker to grab my books.
I got into class and went to the back of the class and took my usual seat. I wasn't really paying attention to the lesson. I was just waiting for school to end so I could go to a Black Veil Brides concert. It felt like hours before the bell finally rang , indicating that it was time for lunch. I went outside and just sat under a tree while just thinking about things. *Time Lapse* I got home and saw that my dad wasn't there. 'Probably at a bar getting drunk' I thought to myself. I still had 2 hours before the BVB concert so I just decided to relax and watch t.v. I got bored quickly so I decided to get ready for the concert. After my shower , I re-straightened my hair but teased it just a little and did my usual dark makeup. I put on a BVB shirt with only Andy's face , some black ripped skinny jeans and boots.
I got to the concert and went to the very front row. I waited an hour and a half before the band came out. Once they came out everyone started screaming. I didn't realize that I started screaming too. After a couple of songs , they decided to play Saviour. I could have sworn that I saw Andy look at me a couple times. But I must have been imagining things. Oh well.
Andy's POV -
I was excited to play tonight. I felt like something was going to catch my attention tonight. It was time to start and everyone was warming up. "I'm ready for this concert !!!" CC said excitedly. And before I could answer , he ran on stage and all I can hear were loud screams. Jake and Jinxx followed right after. Then it was Ashley and I took my sweet time going on stage. When I ran on stage , I could hear the screams growing louder. I went up to the mic , "ARE YOU READY TO ROCK MOTHERFUCKERS!!!" The crowd erupted with a loud cheer. We started playing and from time to time I would look into the crowd. That's when I noticed the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in the world. After a few songs , we started playing Saviour. Throughout the song I would look at the beautiful angel with white hair and the most goregous grey eyes I have ever seen. I saw her look at me and I felt like the world stopped. I felt my heart skip a beat. What was this feeling ? This was all new to me. I never felt like this about anyone before. But there was something different about this girl. I wanted to get to know her more.
After the concert , we decided to go to a bar. While everyone else went inside , I decided to stay outside and smoke. I was just in my thoughts when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked down to see the familiar grey eyes that I have seen at the concert.
Crystal's POV*
I felt my heart stop when Andy and I made eye contact. After the concert , I decided to walk around since it was still kinda early for me to be home. I pulled out a cigarette but then I realized that I forgot my lighter. "Shit !" I muttered. I looked up and saw that I was standing outside a bar. I saw someone who was smoking and decided to ask if I could borrow their lighter. I walked up to the person who was obviously not paying attention to anything and tapped their shoulder.When he looked down , I saw those familiar blue eyes that was staring at me at the concert.
"Umm , excuse me but can I borrow your lighter ?" He seemed to be lost , but quickly recovered and gave it to me. "Thanks" I said as I lit up my cigarette and gave it back to him. "You're welcome" I was going to walk away when I heard his voice again. "Hey wait !" I turned around. "I know I don't know you but what's your name ?" He asked. "C-Crystal" I stuttered. He chuckled. "Well I'm Andy and I can't help but notice that you have the most gorgeous eyes." I blushed and said "Thanks and yeah I know who you are , I actually came from your concert right now." "Well now that you're here , we should get to know eachother." He said. We got to talking and I learned that we had a lot of things in common. We ended up trading numbers and once I got my phone back , I realized what time it was. "Shit !" Andy looked at me confused. "What's wrong ?" "I have to go , I didnt't realize what time it was. It's past my curfew and my dad's going to kill me." And with that I ran home.
