(Jake’s POV)
When Jinxx emerged from the bathroom he had the girl in his arms.
“All right, let’s go. We have a signing to do in an hour.”Andy said.
We all nodded as we went back to the tent. Jinxx started to walk, but then he stopped and looked behind him. I followed his gaze and it rested on Reign. Jinxx and I then looked at each other. I saw a question in his eyes, I nodded as I knew the question he was asking. He nodded in response as he continued walking. I turned fully around and walked up to Reign.
“Hi, I’m Jake.”I introduced myself.
“I’m Alex.” he said using his cover name.
"I know, Jinxx told us everything." I said.
"Oh...so then you-" he trailed off.
I smiled. "No, I'm not a mystic. But he told us…you kind of forced his hand to tell us when we were in Mexico."
He was silent.
"Come on, I'm gonna be late."
He stared at me.
"I don't know what went down between you and him over the years…but what I just saw was him forgiving you for it." I told him. "Now, come on; they're all waiting on us."

(Reign POV)
I stared at him in disbelief. Jake, for some reason, is being nice to me. He knows what happened-though not in detail-but he knows. He knows what Jinxx, the girls and I are. He knows the horror I caused in Mexico, I saw him there. Yet here he is, being nice to me like that didn't even happen. He turned and walked away, I ran up to him.
"Why are you being so nice?" I asked as we walked to wherever he needed to be.
"A friend of Jinxx's is a friend of mine. If you ask the others, they'll say the same thing." Jake says.
"But I'd hurt him."
"Dude, quit beating yourself up. He forgave you. You need to forgive yourself."
I sighed. "You sound just like him."
"Who?" he asked.
"Jinxx…he's been telling me that for centuries."
"Then it's high time you listen to him."
The rest of the walk was in silence.
(Jinxx POV)
We got to the tent where the signing was and I saw Jake talking to Reign. I smiled slightly, knowing that Reign needed someone who’s there for him. I know he was just wants someone to be his new true love and I seriously doubt that Jake was the one for him. Jake would make a great guy friend for Reign, but not a partner…because Jake has a fiancee. On top of that, the guys and I as well as our fans would be shocked as hell; if he came out of the closet. Doubt that’ll happen though, he doesn’t seem to be the type anyway. Reign and the girls stood away from us as the signing started. I took a quick look behind me and saw that Angel was the farthest from Reign. Well I wasn’t expecting her to forgive him just after almost killing her when he was in his ‘dark’ mode. It’s expected not to be on the best of terms, Angel was explaining to Meadow something that had happened a while back. Most likely, when I got her to come inside early and heard her singing. I smiled as I turned my attention back to the signing.
After the signing was over, we all got onto the bus; except for Angel and Reign since they had their own cars as we made our way back to Meadow’s bar. Jake had settled himself on his bunk texting Ella or talking on the phone with her…whichever it was I couldn’t tell…because he talks and becomes silent when he does both with her. Ashley and CC were talking their girls to get to know one another. At least they were the same age as CC and Ashley, so they were mainly talking about their life growing up and how they came out here. Andy was Skyping Juliet at the table. I sighed, wishing I was with Angel so we could talk like CC and Ashley are. I should’ve gotten her number…anyway, it wasn’t long until we were at Rose Thorns and we got off.
The seven of us got off the bus, as we met up with Angel and Reign. Angel immediately came by my side as Reign hung back a little, he then went over to Jake. Then the nine of us went inside as seven of us went to the booth that Midnight took care of. The one from when Ashley and CC met Midnight and Meadow. Only difference was that Reign took up an extra seat from another table and joined us, sitting between Jake and Andy. Our spots were the same as well, but Angel sat between Ashley and I.

Needless to say that we all stayed there well passed closing just talking about shit that’s happened today. Somewhere in there the conversation turned to Angel’s and mine past lives as well as Reigns. Between our conversations, I saw Jake reach his hand over to Reign’s exposed arm; but there was no reaction like Ashley or CC had. Reign and I had talked, Reign sounded disappointed by what happened with Jake, as if nothing had happened nine years ago as we talked and told inside jokes. Sometimes my sentence structure from past lives would cut in and get the guys confused, except for Angel and Reign. But we all had a good time. By the time we were all wastedly drunk, Meadow decided to officially close up and we had to move our ‘party’ to the bus where we all ended up for the night.
