What do we do with a love like this?

--Morgan’s POV--
I sat on the couch with Ashley, and he was doing some weird thing with my hair. Andy came down a bit later and I watched him as he sat down across from us.
“Andy...We need to get Mikayla to the hospital…” I told him, keeping my voice down.
“You know she doesn’t want you to, right?” Andy said and I nodded.
“I do know. But she really isn’t ok. She needs help, and a kind of help that we can’t offer her.” I responded, leaning into Ashley’s arms.
“Yeah she needs help. But first can’t we try and see if we can help her?” Andy asked.
“We can. But wouldn’t you rather see her get better quickly?” I asked him, biting my lip.
“I would love to see her get better quickly, but she doesn’t want you to,” Andy said, his voice raising a bit. I didn’t want another fight. Things were finally becoming good between us again.
“It doesn’t matter if she doesn’t want to! She didn’t want to be living anymore but we wanted her to because it was the right thing to do!” I told Andy, feeling myself get worked up. There was then a sudden scream of terror from upstairs. Ashley shot up and I looked wide eyed at Andy before sprinting up the stairs. I opened up the bedroom door to find Mikayla sobbing, her whole body shaking as she sat in bed. The covers were clutched in her hands. I went over to the bed, sitting down and wrapping my arms around her.
“Miki...Shhh...It’s ok…” I whispered as I rocked her. Andy came next to us, looking at Mikayla with concern.
“I-It seemed s-so real…” Miki whispered. Andy wrapped his arms around her and let go. I then stood up and felt Ashley grab my hand. God I loved him.
