What do we do with a love like this?

--Andy's POV--
I stroked Mikayla's hair while she slept "I'm going to get you back." I whispered to her. She turned to face me in her sleep. I brushed some hair from her face. A few minutes later eyes eyes opened slowly. "Hello beautiful." I said smiling at her. She nodded. Once she realized that she was curled up against my side, she blushed and moved away.
"How are you feeling?" i asked. She shrugged. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. "Look...Mikayla. I'm sorry. Please don't hate me." She looked at me. She looked so sad..so broken. I moved to tuck a piece of hair behind her ear. She flinched. I frowned and let my hand fall to my lap. I closed my eyes as i felt the sting of tears.
I felt a very familiar hand cup my face. I opened my eyes and looked into Mikayla's eyes. She smiled at me. She leaned forward and kissed my cheeks. I leaned into her hand. I loved her. God i loved her so fucking much. I just kept hurting her.
I shook my head and kissed her forehead. "Don't be mad at Morgan. She..I kissed her. She didnt know i was going to." Mikayla shrugged. "Are you going to talk to me?" I asked she shrugged. I sighed. I texted Morgan and Ashley asking them to bring something up for Miki to eat and grab her a drink too.
"Andy..dont let let them take me to the hospital. I'll get better, i promise I'll eat." I kissed her forehead again. "Eat what Morgan brings you, then we'll talk." She nodded. "Why dont you want to go to the hospital?" "I havent been there since..." She lay her hands on her stomach and a few stray tears started to fall down her cheeks. I whipped them away.
"It's going to be okay Miki. Someday we'll try again." She looked at me wide eyed. I smiled at her softly. I know now..this is the girl i want to spend the rest of my life with. It took me losing her completely to realize that.
Morgan gave Miki her tray and we all watched her eat. She ate about half of the content on the plate then pushed it away. "Save it for later." She mumbled rubbing her eyes. I forwned. She was so weak that even that wore her out? I shook my head and looked to Morgan. She looked like she was gonna cry.
She curled up in a ball next to me. "Andy..don't leave me alone..okay?" She asked. "I promise I'll be here when you wake up." I kissed her head and she drifted off to sleep.
