More Than Friends?

-Nicole’s POV-
If you didn’t get the hint, Brittany is the mean girl in the school. The common cliché one too. She was friggen rich, beautiful, skinny, social, and a bitch. I told you, cliché mean girl. “It must suck to be you, huh?” Brittany says with a devilish smirk. “What are you talking about, Brittany?” I spat. She starts laughing and signals all her followers to do the same. “Um, you should know. You’re mom.” She said. “What?” I said. How does she know? I almost collapse to the ground. “Um, how she died? It was all over the news dumbass.” She said while laughing. Oh my god, I start to tear up. “How is this funny to you?!” I raised my voice making the people walk bye stare. “Because I like seeing you suffer.” She says and then quickly walks away.

I run through the front doors of the school and run home. I have to. After all that running I made it. I’m scared to death but I need answers. I open the door and see my dad in the living room watching TV with a beer in his hands. He hears me and stands up.

“So you’ve finally decided to come back?” He said staring at me with a devilish smile. I said nothing. “Great choice on not telling the cops I killed her.” He said while walking to the kitchen. My heart starting beating 2x fast. “So you did kill her?” I said tearing up. “I just said it didn’t I?” He says while slowly walking towards me. I back up a few steps. “Hey, so sense I’ve never gave two shits about you or your mother. I’m leaving. You have about another month here till you’d have to pay rent. I’m leaving tomorrow. And before I leave…”

He grabs me and locks the front door. He pulls me into the living room and shoves me on the couch. Before I know it he’s ripping of my clothes. I then suddenly remember that’s Andrew’s flannel. God dammit. Suddenly, my clothes are off. I start punching and kicking him but it’s no use.

A few hours later it ended. He went upstairs and left me alone to cry. He did it again. He raped me. All I can do is cry. I’m so scared, cold, and empty. I get up, take my underwear and grab Andrew’s flannel. I put them on and then sit on the couch. I would leave if I could. But if I tried, he’d pull me back inside and probably kill me like he did to mom. So I have to wait till he leaves. I’m too scared to get up from the couch after this.

Then I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. My dad glares at me and says, “I’m going out. If you leave I will find you. So don’t get any stupid ideas.” He then slams the door.
I run through the house and look for my phone. Shit. I left it at Andrew’s house. School hasn’t even ended yet. “FUCK!” I yell at the top of my lungs and burst out crying. I then get an idea and run upstairs to my room and go to my dresser. I tear through my clothing and then find my blade that I haven’t touched in months. I grab it and don’t hesitate. I slash the blade across my wrist and feel instant relief. I do it a couple times more before my wrist is covered in small cuts. I run to the bathroom and quickly clean them up. After a little while I walk downstairs, grab all my clothes, and bring them upstairs to my room.

I didn’t have my phone with me but I had my CD player. I searched through all my CD’s and find a Cannibal Corpse one. I run throughout my room and search for my headphones. “Finally.” I mumble. I plug them up to my CD player and blast ICum Blood in my ears. I sit against the wall and stare at the wall. I try to cry but I’m too empty. After a few minutes of sitting there blastingCannibal Corpse I put on some baggy clothing. I’m basically stuck here till he leaves tomorrow. I’m such a fuck up. I shouldn’t have come back here. I need Andrew. I always feel so safe and happy around him.

“Andy.” I mumble before I pass out.
