Beautiful Remains
Ended or Scarcely begun?
I took a deep breath, and I licked my bottom lip, out of our habit. I had to get dressed, to my disgust I can’t walk around the bus with no pants. I sighed and found my white skinny jeans and my ripped up black skull shirt.
I felt the dull burning of my shoulders as I carefully slid the heavy fabric across my skin, cringing whenever it brushed across the red marks. A few minutes later I was dressed. With my make up already applied with ease. I stared at my reflection in the mirror and spoke to myself. “Maybe I should dye my hair...”
“Nah...”
“Maybe...”
I kept arguing with myself for 10 more minutes until Harm walked in, the usual sweet and innocent girl I’ve always known until last night.
“Someone’s here for you Emi!”
Emi.
Cute.
I smiled at her and instantly I realised that we were going to have a deep conversation.
“Uh Emi...”
Uh oh.
“Is it ok if you can be my sister? Like... I’ve never had one and I really have no one... I don’t feel like I can tell the other girls everything that I can tell you....”
Uh oh, that means I have to be responsible for her. I don’t know if I can take that.....
“Yeah I wi;; be. I’ll take care of you ok?”
“Okay..”
I smiled at her again and she looked down, like she was worried. I carefully put my hand on her shoulder and she gave me a forced smile, and left.
I looked down and sighed. I took what felt like a million steps to get outside, my thoughts slowing me down. I wonder who’s there for me.
“Hi baby doll,”
“CC!!!”
I felt my heart jump and become lighter as I ran towards him. I wrapped my arms around him and he picked me up, I wrap my legs around his torso and we locks our lips together fiercely.
“Save it for the bedroom.”
Our romantic mood was suddenly gone. CC let me down and took a heavy step towards Ashley, and deep a slow deep breath in.
“Meow,”
Ashley’s face turned from wide eyed to horrified in a matter of seconds.
“WHAT THE FUCK NO. NOPE NOPENOPENOPE.”
He ran away into our tour bus, I was laughing so hard my knees were about to buckle so I held onto CC’s shoulders.
After everyone in hysterics and Ashley running away everyone else sort of left, like they were planning this........ Oh god what have I gotten myself into...
“So um. Baby doll. Shall we go inside...”
I let a laugh burst out. Knowing what’ll happen next.
After around half an hour I realised that what i had originally thought was wrong.
To my disappointment...
But i walk into his room to see him laying on his bed.
I seriously got confused. I awkwardly laughed and asked what’s been on my mind.
“Sex?”
CC laughed and shook his head.
“No.. No sex..Something better”
After that I was even more confused.
“Even better than sex?”
What the fuck is better than sex?!
“Well i hope it is...”
I laughed and sat next to him, he laid down once again and I got the hint and dropped beside him. He started murmuring quietly, almost to himself. I shuffled closer to him to hear his murmurs.
“Well what if...”
“What if what..” I replied, my mind running over the possibilities.

“Like what?”
“You... you and me... us.”
“Us?”
He turns onto his side to face me, his eyes full of hope.
“Well I don’t want to leave you.”
“Ever?”
“Ever.”
