Don't Be Scared I've Got You...

-Andy's POV-I haven't going to school in the past few days. Jessie has been going and I meet her at the end of the day at my house as she comes home from a hard day of school.
She seems troubled. I can see it in her eyes. She smiles but she seems kinda sad. She laughs but they aren't the same. The weather is slowly becoming dull as is Jessie. I try the usual are you ok? But she says I'm fine every time I ask. She isn't fine and I need to find out. Was it me? Yes who else could it be. Maybe we just aren't meant to be...
I knocked on her door. I decided to go to school today I wanna see if it's school that's stressing her out. She opened it and got her school bag and headed out the door. Her eyes were black.
"I'm guessing you didn't sleep well huh?" I said breaking the silence as we walked under a grey sky.
"I guess not" she replied quietly looking at the ground.
" so what have I missed since I've been off" I asked she didn't reply as if she never heard me.
"Jess.....Jess...Jessie!" I said slightly raising my voice making her flinch
"Oh..yeah...sorry..nothing much" she said still walking along the pavement still looking down she accidentally walked into a bin (trash can) at the side of the path hurting her side.
"Your really not with it today are you is there something troubling you" I said putting my arm round her.
"It's nothing" she said still walking sadly as we approach the school.
"You promise?" I said holding her hand
"I promise" she said as we walked past the school gates.
"Oh look the two emos are back holding hands how cute!!!" Shouted one of the girls standing next to Tailer laughing.
Then I knew this was what Jessie has been struggling with..
"Just ignore them baby your better than them" I whispered in her ear, she nodded and we walked to class.
- Jessie's POV-
I knew Andy was concerned but I I couldn't help it. I felt so stupid and useless for the past few days without Andy and now he is back I feel like I'm the weakest person in the world.
It was now gym class and boys and girls are separated so I was alone doing my own exercises in the corner. I didn't care if the teacher told me to work in groups. All the kids but Andy hate me cause they call me emo. Girls can be such b*tches sometimes.
The group of girls were on their phones even though they weren't supposed to and were calling someone out in the middle of the field.
-Andy's POV-
The boys class was inside the hall today we are doing tennis as the girls I believe are supposed to be running round the field.
I then noticed josh
(the boy who called Jessie and Andy emos this morning)
get a call while I was playing. He started to laugh to misled when he picked it up.
"Ok......yeah....I'll be there in a sec" he said then hanging up. He gave me a cheesy grin and walked out of class. Josh's class mates started to giggle at me.
"And what are you guys laughing about" I said annoyed by the fact that they were the ones who bullied Jessie while I was gone.
"You emos are sooooo weak" I heard one of them say.
My eyes widened my heart felt like it stopped I dropped my racket and ran...
-Jessie's POV-
I was doing my stretches and was just about to run until. I turned round and see Tailer,josh and all of the girls who were Nasty to me come up to me and formed a circle around me. I was about to get up off the grass and push them away to get free but Tailer shoved me to the ground.
"Leave me alone!" I shouted
"No!! You emos deserve to die you ugly pathetic whore!!" Healed Tailer punching me in the face. My nose was bleeding heavily my eye sight was a little fuzzy.
"I haven't done anything to you" I cried
"Oh yes you have!!! You were born. Why don't you just go slit your wrists now before anyone can see that ugly worthless face ever again!!" Shouted josh repeatedly kicking me in the stomach. "Please!!!!!" I cried not knowing what to do. They started walking away.
I rose to my feet and punched Tailer in the face. She then turned and pushed me to the floor. I lay there crying I was so weak I couldn't get up.
"Andy!!!!!!" I bawled choking on my own tears and blood,
I heard someone running towards me. It was Andy...
-Andy's POV-
I ran as fast as I could. I got close to the field until I heard a silent scream calling my name. I saw josh and Tailer and the others walk away Tailer had a black eye.
I turned to see the poor sweet Jessie lying on the ground crying with multiple injuries. So many I couldn't count.
"Jess!!!!!!" I shouted loudly. So loudly my voice broke into a squeaky sound.
"An...dy.." She cried her knees shaking in fear of what she just saw.
"Shhhh shhh baby girl your ok...your ok..." I said to her picked her up.
"It hurts real bad Andy" she cried
"I was so scared" she then added crying into my shirt.
I took her into the girls bathroom and sat her on the toilet.
"Stay here I'll be right back" I said rubbing her bruised arms.
I ran out the bathroom and ran to Josh I needed to put him in his place.
He was outside standing laughing with all his stupid friends.
"Josh may I have a word" I said angry as hell
We walked round the corner of the school building.
*PUNCH*
"How dare you touch Jessie!!!!!! You have no idea what you are messing with do you understand me!!!!" *PUNCH*
"She didn't do anything to you!!!!" *PUNCH*
"But your too stupid to even realise that!!!" *PUNCH*
"Maybe if you weren't with her none of this would t happen!!!!" He shouted back.
I froze and let go of his collar letting him flee.
He was absolutely right,
If I hadn't met Jessie and just minded my own business she would have never been this hurt. It was all my fault...
I need to talk to her not today but maybe tomorrow...
I got back to the girls bathroom and locked the door. She sat on the toilet shaking in fear..
I lifted her shirt and saw the harsh bruises and deep cuts on her stomach.
"Oh god" I mumbled to myself.
I fixed her up leaving tissues and bloody water in the bathroom sinks and carried her to my house and she fell asleep
"Goodnight princess" I said kissing her cheek as I cuddled into her and slept...
-Jessie's POV-
I awoke sore all over. I was lying alone in Andy's bed. I got up and looked in the mirror looking at my ugly bruised face. I got out and headed downstairs.
Andy sat at the table serving breakfast.
"Hey" I said sadly.
"Hey" he replied
"Is something wrong" I asked.
"Jess...I know this is not what you wanna hear right now but...its for your own safety" he said looking at me seriously
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I don't think this is gonna work" he then said
"You don't think what is gonna work?" I asked
"Us...i should have just minded my own business and none of this would have happened" he replied pointing to his face reminding me about my bruises.
"But your promised.." I said tears forming.
"I'm sorry but I think we should just go our separate ways" he replied.
"Then that's it...we're done" I said hand over my mouth crying.
"Yeah..." He replied sadly looking at the floor.
He broke me...
I felt like he took my heart and smashed it into a million pieces..
I ran home tears slightly blinding me as I ran to the bathroom.
The feeling of betrayal and anger and sadness and loneliness over took my mind. I slept on it but awoke crying again. It never went away...
It was 9:28pm and I walked into the bathroom. The sadness made my mind go numb and disappear and I did something that I would certainly regret...
