Blood Thirsty

*Jake's POV*

Blood. I need blood! I crave it! I want it! I slowly regained my consciousness, and instantly smelled blood. My eye flew open to see Andy sitting next. Why do I crave blood so bad?! "Hey, Jake. Here, drink this before you do anything." He said softly, handing me a warm cup. Blood! I quickly gulped it down, not even thinking about where it came from. I didn't care, I just wanted blood. After I finished the cup, my thoughts became clearer. WHAT THE FUCK?!?! Did I just drink blood?!?!? I looked at Andy in terror. "Calm down, Jake. There's nothing to be afraid of. I'm here." He whispered, smiling at me. "What happened to me?!?!" I managed to get out before breaking down into tears. I felt arms wrap around me and saw that Jinxx was in the room as well, and that he was hugging me. "Jake, I'm very sorry to say this.... But, you're a vampire.... I didn't get to you fast enough to suck the poison out.... I-I should have stayed w-with you...." Andy whispered, tears falling down his face. "If I would have tried, I would have ended up killing you in the process..." He continued. Wow.... He really was beating himself up over this. I placed my hand on his shoulder, making him look up at me. "I don't blame you for this what so ever. It's not your fault. I should have been more careful, and stayed with you." I said, smiling to reassure him. He smiled back wearily. "Where are CC and Ashley?" I asked, noticing their absence. "They can't be around you right now. You need to drink more. This is different from Jinxx's transformation, since his thirst isn't as strong as yours." He explained. Okay, that made a lot of sense. I didn't want to put CC and Ash into danger. Jinxx got up, and headed to the fridge. He pulled out a jug of blood, making my mouth water like nuts. He warmed it up, then handed me a cup. I eagerly drank it, drinking this cup slower than the last one. I then started to feel very sleepy. I layed back down, and felt Andy drape the blanket over me. I snuggled into the pillow, and felt Jinxx softly kiss my forehead, making me smile. "Sleep well. We'll be here when you wake up." I heard Andy whisper softly, before I slipped into a river of sleep.
