Its just a kiss

Alex's p/o/v
Ashley was about to say something but was interrupted by Andy barging in and saying, “Who’s the chick?” and he walked past and into the kitchen getting a bud light and coming back in.

“Well Andy, this is my sister Alex and she will be staying with us,” CC said for me stepping aside and showing me.

“Name?” ‘Why the one word questions?’ I thought
“Alex,” I said, “it’s short for Alexandra,” he nodded.
“Age?”
“22.”
“Where you from?” I sucked in a breath and CC was about to say something but I beat him to it.
“That you don’t need to know right now,” he looked a little taken back by that but brushed it off.
“If you can handle me integrating you I think you can handle living here,” he chuckled and I did to.

We all hugged and CC showed me where my room would be, “I’ll let you get used to the place, I’ll be right downstairs if you need anything,” he was about to walk out when I stopped him.

“Wait CC!” I closed my eyes and took a breath.

“Yeah?” he questioned.

“If you want you can tell them what happened and thank you so much for letting me stay here.”

He walked over to where I was sat on the bed and pulled me in for a side hug and kissed the top of my head, “It’s no problem, don’t worry about it,” and we stayed in comfortable silence for a while.. I am so thankful that he found me, if he didn’t I would probably be sleeping on the streets where Tom would find me again. He left the room and I just sat on my bed, thinking over everything that might happen in my new life.


CC’s p/o/v
I left her room and when I closed the door I put my hands threw my hair and sighed. If I never set her up with him then none of this would be happening, she would’ve graduated college, she would have found somebody on her own, she would've been safe. I cant let her get hurt anymore. Oh god this is my fault. I know she said that it wasn't, but I know it is. I walked back down the stairs and saw everyone was still in the kitchen where I left them. I went to the fridge and pulled out a Budweiser out and took a long swig, sighing when I removed the bottle from my lips.

“So like is she really your sister?” Jinxx asked as I took a seat on one of the bar stools.

“Yeah,” I said, “and you saw how skinny she was?" they nod.

"Yeah about that and why did it look like she just got in a street fight?" Ashley asked sitting next to me.

I took a deep breath and shook my head, "Don't bring this up to her ok? She said I could tell you but still, I don't know the full story," they all nod. "So a few years back when I first joined the band and when she started college I set her up with some guy named tom who I went to high school with,” I took another drink and continued. “So she told me that on her move in day- she told me this today - that when she got off the phone with him and went to bed everything was fine but when she woke up,” I felt the tears well up in my eyes and Jake rubbed my back, “She was in some apartment basement and has been locked in that house for 3 years,” tears fell from my eyes but I didn't care to whip them away. “Its all my fault she's like this,” I cried into Ashley's chest.

“It’s ok man, you didn't know this would happen,” he comforted me but I still am sad that i caused this to happen.

“You need sleep CC,” Sammie said rubbing my back. I shakily nod and Andy Carries me to my room after seeing my state and not wanting me to fall.

“We’ll talk in the morning, or whenever you guys wake up,” Andy said placing me down. I instantly feel tired as my head touches my uncovered pillow and a soft blanket is draped around me. I hear Andy close the door almost silently and I soon drift off, knowing that I'm never going to let anyone ever hurt Alex ever.
