Love is a Bitch

--two months later--((Andy and Alix are dating now))
"Alixia..Alixia." I groaned and rolled over. "Alixia, get up. Get dressed." I slowly opened my eyes and saw Andy's face only inches from mine. I rolled over. "WHYYYYY?" I groaned. "Just get dressed. Wear something nice!" He bounded out of the room. I shook my head. "That weird little fucker." I stretched then rolled out of bed.
I woundered over to my closet and picked out a short black dress and a pair of knee high boots. I spiked my hair and did my make up then walked out of the door. "Why am i dressed nice?" I asked as i saw Andy in a tux. He smiled at me and came and kissed my cheek. "Well, since you sleep the day away." I looked at my watch it was 5pm. Damn i was tired. "I figured we could go out tonight. I want to take you some place special." I rolled my eyes but smiled at him. "Thanks Andy, you're the best." I kissed his lips gently. He deepened the kiss and pulled me towards him.
--After the date--
Andy was driving us to the park. I just wanted to go home. Andy had taken me to a fancy italin restaurant. It was peaceful and relaxing, but i just wanted to get home and cuddle up next to Andy and watch batman. I sighed. But no, he had to take me to the park for something really important.
Andy parked the car and looked over at me excitedly. "I love you Alix." "I love you too Andy." He got out of the car and came and opened my door for me. He held my hand as i got out. "So why are we here?" I asked laughing.
"You'll see." He smiled at me sweetly and began leading me up the side of the hill. I had to stop and take my shoes off about half way up the hill. We stayed quiet. Andy seemed nervous. Suddenly he stopped and dropped to his knee in front of me. "Alixia, I've been in love with you since I was 10. We've had our fights and we've been through some tough things together. We've also had so many fun and happy times together. And i want to spend the rest of my life with you." Andy pulled a box from his pocket and opened it, revealing a ring. "Will you marry me?" Andy asked. I looked deep in his eyes took a deep breath and said,
"No."

Hey guys,
I'm back. Just a quick update on my life for you all. I'm still struggling with the loss of my friend. His funerals tonight, but my mom doesn't want me to go. Which is pretty devastating for me. But im doing better. I'm starting to talk to people again, i have honestly talked to only three people for an entire week. Other than that I've stayed pretty closed off, but I know Cody would be disappointed in me if i didn't get up and keep going. So, here i am.
