He Has A Heart Of Fire

It was 9:02 in the morning and Taz, Tobi and I were stood outside my apartment building, as Jason came skidding around the corner on his electric scooter.
We had no idea what we'd be doing today, or where we'd be going, so I dressed simply. I had some black skinny jeans on and a tightish green checked shirt, with my matt black Docs.
My hair was down and straight today, looking spiky where the layers had been cut in. I had my black Aviator sunglasses on, but I still had to squint in the morning sun.
After a couple of minutes of waiting, Andy pulled up in his Mustang.
"Hey, sorry I'm late" he smiled, wearing a similar pair of sunglasses as me, as he climbed out of his car.
"Hey," we all yawned. Well, all of us apart from Jason, who was chugging the last of his Monster.
"You can all fit into my car or some of us go in mine and some in Autumn's, if you don't want to squish together."
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"Ah," he took his sunglasses off and winked at me. "That, my dear, is a surprise!"
Tobi and Jason got into Andy's car after arguing over who called 'shotgun' first, and Tazmyn and I got into my car. We both had the roofs down, so before we left, Andy looked behind him and called "Just follow me!"

We drove for 45 minutes. Taz complained about ruining her hair as we got onto the highway, so I had to put the roof up, even though my car felt like an oven with it up.
We'd followed Andy into the city, stopping in the parking lot of a big building, which had to be at least 10 stories high. We all got out of the cars and followed Andy into the reception of the building, where a pretty brunette woman sat at the desk with a bluetooth headset on.
"Hey, Cleo," he said, walking up to the desk.
"Hi, Andy," she blushed. "You're here to see Rob?"
"Mhm."
"I'll buzz you in," this woman was as red as a tomato.
"Thank you," he flashed one of his knee-weakening smiles at her.
We walked through some doors that Cleo had unlocked with the press of a button and then followed Andy into an elevator, where he pressed an '8' button. We all stood awkwardly in the elevator listening to the cheesey elevator music, until it 'ding'ed to a halt.
We all stepped out into a crimson coloured hallway, filled with doors that had name plates on.
"Okay, listen up," Andy started his briefing. "You guys are about to meet the rest of Black Veil Brides and our manager. We're all having a meeting together to talk about turning you guys into a band, and our manager might ask you to play a few bars on your instruments, so don't get too nervous. He's cool, so there's nothing to worry about." He looked nervous himself.

The five of us all walked down the crimson hallway until we reached a door at the end that read 'Rob Nicholson, Mercenary Management'. Andy knocked on the door and waited a minute until we heard a "Yeah", letting us in.
We walked into a room, where the whole right wall was made out of windows, with an incredible view of Ohio.
A man with long, black hair and a huge beard stood up to shake hands with us. He reached me first and said "I'm Rob, you must be Autumn! Andy's told me a lot about you." He had?
Rob continued to greet the rest of us, while I noticed four people who looked similar to Andy sat on the far end of a large meeting table. They obviously must have been the rest of Black Veil Brides.
Andy led us towards them and began, "Guys, this is Ashley, Jake, Jinxx, and CC. BVB, this is Autumn, Tobi, Jason and Taz." We all greeted them with huge smiles and handshakes. I noticed Ashley eyeing up Taz and his hand lingering on hers.
"Let's get down to business!" we heard Rob say, his voice deep.
We all sat around the huge table, Rob and Black Veil Brides sat with notepads and pens. It was like an interview, with lots of questions.

"Do you all have a lot of history together?" Rob asked first.
Tobi started, clearly becoming the spokesperson of the band. "Well, Autumn is my sister, and we've always been super close. She's known Taz since she was 5, and I've been dating her for two years," he pointed out, his eyes shooting towards Ashley. "And we've all been friends with Jason since Autumn and Taz were about 13. We've known each other a while."
"Great, history is always great in a band, they work so much better that way." Rob smiled. "What instruments do you all play?"
I cleared my throat. "I sing, Taz plays guitar, Jason plays bass, and Tobi plays drums."
Everyone looked at me, surprised I spoke after being so quiet.
"Very good," Rob replied, scribbling words on his notepad. "How would you feel if we found another guitarist to add to your group? So that you have rhythm and lead?"
I looked at Taz. "I don't think we'd mind, but I'd mostly leave that decision to Taz."
Taz went red. "I think it would be a good idea, as long as I'm still lead. No way am I missing out on solo's." She had her hands pressed between her knees. Taz was nervous.
"Okay," he scribbled more notes. "Now, would you all mind playing some music for me? Just so we can hear how you are and how much or if we need to help you."
"Sure," the four of us nodded.

We all walked out of the meeting room with the five members of Black Veil Brides, and followed him down a lot of hallways. How he could find his way through this building, I had no idea.
I was walking at the back of the group, when Andy dropped behind to walk with me.
"How are you doing?" he asked.
"I'm okay. I'm a bit nervous, but I'll be okay. Any songs you recommend I sing?"
"Erm..." Andy looked at the floor as he thought. "'Contagious' by Avril Lavigne. Rob's a sucker for her." He smiled that smile that gave me butterflies.

We continued into a studio room, with a window. Behind the window was a soundproofed room with instruments, headphones and microphones inside. Rob and Ashley sat at the mixing deck and swivelled around in their chairs.
"Jason, we'll hear you first please," handing him some sheet music. "We'll play a song for you through the headphones for you to listen to, and then we'll play it again for you to play along to."
While Jason was acing the song, which happened to be 'Red Flag' by Billy Talent. Rob and Ashley mumbled comments together, smiling and writing notes on their notepads.
The same thing happened with Tobi and Taz. CC suggested Tobi played 'Knives And Pens', one of their original songs. CC seemed super impressed as Tobi played the entire thing perfectly.
As Taz was playing 'Congratulations' by Sleeping With Sirens, Andy came and stood along the back wall with me, casually linking his fingers with mine behind us.
"Calm down, you'll be great," he whispered. He must have realised I was shaking and was already on my second bottle of water.

Taz finished up and walked out of the windowed room, shooting me a thumbs up and a grin. Rob turned around in his chair. "You're turn Autumn. Is there any songs you'd like to sing? I can tell you're nervous, so I want you to be as comfortable as possible."
"Um," I looked at Andy, who mouthed 'go on!' to me. "I'd like to sing 'Contagious' by Avril Lavigne."
Robs eyes lit up. "You know the lyrics yourself?" I nodded. "Okay, go ahead then, I'll get the track up."
I walked into the room, which was dark red and padded. I stood in front of the microphone and put the headphones on, looking out the window to see everyone watching me. Oh, God.
The beginning riff started in my ears, so I closed my eyes and began. With my eyes still shut, I started to get a little more confident at the pre-chorus.
"And I walk out in silence,
That's when I start to realize,
What you bring to my li-ife.
Damn, this guy can make me cry-y-y."
I opened my eyes to see Andy's eyes as bright as I've ever seen them, he looked so happy. I belted out the chorus.
"It's so contagious.
I cannot get it out of my mind.
It's so outrageous.
You make me feel so hi-igh, all the time."
At the end of the song, I walked out of the soundproofed room to hear everyone in the studio cheering a clapping. Andy rushed over and threw his arms around me, pulling me into a hug.
It was then that I knew. I was starting to have feelings for Andrew Biersack.

Sorry I haven't updated for a few days, I've been a bit too busy with college and the boyfriend!
To make up, I've written a longer chapter for you guys.
