Savior

I was sitting on a bench, homework done, stomach satisfied, and phone charged. I had my notebook out, writing down random lyrics. I blared music through my earbuds. Bored, I set my spiral bound in my bag and stood up, leaning over the railing behind my bench. I looked at the small river that ran behind the many restaurants, cafés, and bistros.
"Jump faggot! Y’know you want to!” I whipped around to find the culprit who had said that, seeing a few girls with their boyfriends, laughing at me.
They all started saying ‘Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump!’ really loud, over and over again. I sat back down on the bench, digging my nails into my flesh to keep the tears in.
The chant finally died down and I put my earbuds back in, not checking the see if the group was still there or not.
“When I hear your cries praying for light, I will be there
When I hear. Your. CRIES! PRAYING FOR LIGHT! I will be there.. AAAHHH!”
“Wouldn’t that be splendid.” I said to no one. Andy’s screams made me weak, and Savior was my favorite song by Black Veil Brides.

Now if only my saviors could save me.

Notes

It's short, but I'm trying out short chapters. I write in a notebook during classes, so it's much easier to type short chapter other than long ones. Again, don't expect regular updates. I just have the first 12 or so chapters written in my notebook. Luv Luv, vote and comment.
